I went here to get a veggie sandwich. They barely put any veggies on my sandwich and when I asked for more olives (I literally had like 2 small olive slices on my sandwich) — they told me they could only give me “3 olives” when I asked for more. I didn’t even get the full “3 Olive” policy she was enforcing. I even offered to pay more for extra olives and they wouldn’t put any more on my sandwich. The lady was so rude too. Also what business refuses a request like this when the customer is offering to pay more? Like actually what. I’ve never had that problem at any subway and am seriously baffled by this. What kind of subway is this? I reached out to corporate but whoever is the franchise owner seriously needs to fire whoever was working around 12:30 PM on 1/27/2026. Do not go here!!

For background, if I, or someone in my family, orders food by an app and then drives up to the drive thru a few minutes later, we expect that we will have to wait a few minutes. So we did exactly this.
All that occurred on our end was that we ordered food, drove about 3 minutes across town, pulled up to the drive thru, and then asked about the food under our name. She went to grab it (possibly the manager on staff), came back to the window, proceeded to mouth us about how they may be fast at times, pointed out the time on our receipt, and then told us that we need to give them a few minutes next times.
We paid for food, not someone’s attitude who thinks that for whatever reason they can walk all over people while serving fast food when we did nothing to warrant such response.
Do better Subway. This was reported on Facebook locally as well, the admins of that group took it down rather than have the community’s negative comments jump on it too from their collective experiences, so it is also being shared here.

Shrinkflation is crazy here. Prices went up, but I’m getting 25% of the sandwich I used to get. Only coming here if I have a significant coupon.

The manager Need’s better manners and people skills. She might have been having a bad day we had a coupon that had 2 subs for a certain price. But then that we memor’s wife come in the same car. They wouldn’t let us wasn’t gonna let us use the coupons. They said it was there was too busy and then we couldn’t use no coupons at that time.

So, please keep that in mind when considering this restaurant, establishment, and/or venue. MY REVIEW: We love this Subway. Will drive from our house in Tulsa to this location when we’re wanting Subway. Staff is very friendly and restaurant is always very clean. The best one in the Tulsa area.

Slowest service ever, the employees seemed lazy and had a unhelpful attitude, even when they weren’t busy. Small thing, but it’s annoying that you have to ask for napkins too, you can’t get them out of a despenser.
