25 minutes in the lobby waiting for my order. Nobody in front of me. I think that’s finally it. I think I’m finally done with fast food. I stopped going to Taco Bell a couple years ago because of the service, I think this trip did it for McDonald’s. I think the fast food business needs to go away.

I pulled up to the first speaker to order, and 3 people in the other lane got service before me even though I was there before them. After we ordered, we were told to pull ahead and our chicken sandwiches would be out shortly, which is completely fine. However, as they brought our food out to us, the lady made a remark that we shouldn’t have even had to pull forward, which leads me to believe the food might’ve already been done, just the person at the window wasn’t informed. Took one bite out of my chicken sandwich and it was burnt. The chicken was not only overcooked and hard, but the piece of chicken I got wasn’t even worth the money I paid for it. It barely took up half of the bun.

Ordered 4 meals for a total of $54…. got home and found we didn’t have our fries or the sauce we paid for. So im missing half of my order. Called them immediately to get a refund, you could tell they deal with this problem quite often. This is not the first time this has happened to us at this location. I wonder how many people just say no biggy and this location is just raking in the money from food they do not give to the people who ordered. Beyond disappointed and would like to chat with corporate about the management of this location. I’m all done ordering food from here.

Go to a different store. Skip this one at all costs. I told myself 6 months ago I would stop going to this store after so many failed orders and the managers husband (she said so) ripping joints in the parking lot. Today, I tried again against my better judgment.. lo and behold I was wrong. No weed smoke but a wrong sandwich yet again. Between the still high prices and clear lack of care, this is the last McDonald’s I’ll ever go to, period. Thanks for all the disappointment the last couple years.

Worst of the 3 McDonald’s in traverse city. The other two are fast & friendly, this one’s always 3x or 4x wait and the staff is far less attentive than the 31 location or the front st location. I’m not sure how there’s such a consistent difference between this location and the others. Their operation should be reviewed by the regional manager and/or franchise operator

I had an outstanding experience at this McDonald’s. The food was excellent, and the employees were truly exceptional—some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. I really appreciate how kind, attentive, and welcoming the entire team was!
