Stopped in tonight for salad and pizza. Never disappointed in this place. I have to take a minute to rave about the margarita pizza. It is one of the best i have had in Iowa. The strong basil flavor paired with a fresh tomato flavored sauce……plus that crust has depth in flavor making it a great vehicle for all the topping. The Ivy pizza was delicious as well but definitely don’t miss out on trying the margarita.
I’ll also add the service is always top notch. I don’t think i have had a bad experience since i been coming here.

Loved this place! Nice atmosphere, good service, excellent pizza! Not sure why people aren’t knocking their doors down but I know a lot of their business is carry out. We will be going back soon and often!! I had the gluten free pizza and it was great. The other pizzas and salads were fantastic based on comments at our table.

This will change your pizza point of view. Me and my sister went, and we got the duo, it was life changing. Me and my sister haven’t had a pizza that good in our lives. it was the size of manhole and we were still able to keep stuffing it down till we couldn’t possibly eat anymore. The service was incredibly quick and friendly, mind you this was a Friday night. The price is reasonable exspcially considering the quality that was served! We will be coming back, with more soldiers!

Really good thin crust pizza. The crust is cooked perfectly and the toppings taste great. My new favorite pizza place in town. I know it’s a chain, but it’s better than most stand alone pizza joints.

We have eaten at many Grimaldi’s locations across the US, including the original before it franchised. This location made AMAZING pizza. One of the best ones we’ve eaten at. Seems very new – They were still working on finishes in different areas. Bathrooms at Grimaldi’s are usually too small and in need of repairs – finally a location with good bathrooms! Easy parking lot in front. Indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommend.

Pizza was delicious!!! We preordered 3 large pizzas n bruschetta. Had a birthday party at blue zoo n they let us pick it up early before they opened. Very helpful n Friendly people. First time going here. Will definitely try it again.

Amazing pizza. We don’t often choose pizza when we go out but this was amazing. Nice snap to the crust, not soggy. Toppings were flavorful and plenty and crust wasn’t too big. We had the BBQ Chicken.

1/5 Stars – Disappointing Experience at Grimaldi Pizza
I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered a Prosciutto Arugula expecting a flavorful and satisfying meal, but what I got was a burnt and tasteless pizza.
The crust was overcooked, with a charred and bitter flavor that dominated the entire pizza. The toppings were sparse and lacked any real flavor. The cheese was congealed and rubbery, adding to the overall unpleasantness of the pizza.
I was expecting a lot more, especially given their reputation in the area. Unfortunately, my experience was a letdown, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good pizza.
*Issues:*
– Burnt and tasteless pizza
– Overcooked crust
– Sparse and flavorless toppings
– Congealed and rubbery cheese
*Recommendations:*
– Improve cooking techniques to prevent burning
– Increase topping quality and quantity
– Revise cheese selection and melting process
Until significant improvements are made, I’ll be taking my business (and appetite) elsewhere.
