Poplar Road Dunkin’ Donuts is my favorite location and never disappoints! Every visit starts with the welcoming aroma of fresh coffee and baked goods. The staff here are always friendly, efficient, and seem to genuinely care about getting your order right — even during the morning rush.
Their coffee is consistently fresh and flavorful (the Cold Brew and Caramel Iced Coffee are my personal favorites!), and the donuts are always soft, sweet, and perfectly glazed. I also love that they’ve expanded their menu with breakfast sandwiches and snack options — the bacon, egg & cheese on a biscuit is a must-try.
What really stands out is how clean and well-maintained the store always is, and how quickly orders come out even when it’s busy. Dunkin’ has mastered the balance between quality, speed, and friendliness.
If you’re looking for your daily caffeine fix, a sweet treat, or just a great place to start your morning, Dunkin’ Donuts at Poplar Road is the spot. Definitely recommend! ☕

We pulled up to order and our order was taken fairly quickly. We waited at the window for 10 minutes. It looked as though my coffee we ordered was sitting on the shelf at the pickup and no one came so we could pay a get it. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. This is the first time we decided to leave without my coffee since no one ever came to the window. I don’t understand why this happens frequently when we go to this location? There were customers sitting at a table inside when we drove by leaving, but no employees could be seen.

I give an overall 4 because Dunkin doesn’t specify *what type* of caffeine is in some of their drinks. If it’s artificial – fine just say so. If it’s tea or coffee based – I can’t have that.
This Dunkin location has always been awesome to me, only once did they *almost* mess up. But I think that’s because I had a mobile order with no drink, in-between other orders with drinks (that would throw me off at the window too, so no real fault)
But this location is *WAY* better than the one off Bullsboro connected to the gas station. Sorry to say – but we call that one “DumbDunkin” because they messed up both drink orders, and also had *no idea* what was in the drink I was trying to order. It was like they were confused on their own menu items (it was on the screen, not some obscure or customized request)
But again – this Dunkin has been great!!

I come here quite often since it’s so close to work it’s convenient, but I continue to come back because they are amazing people. The only dunkin I been to that doesn’t totally mess up my drinks and serve it with an attitude. Not here it’s a blessing to my day see their beautiful, smiling faces. Keep the good especially this morning I don’t think I’ve ever seen it this busy and y’all are totally killing it

The manager and all of the staff are so friendly! I’m there every morning and all of the staff knows me by name. My coffee order is always correct! The food is always good and they are always willing to make it right if something is wrong!

I have been stopping in here at least twice a week for nearly two years now and I have to say the people that work at this location are wonderful. They deliver quick and kind service. They always make any mistakes right with a smile and a sincere apology. The food and drinks are also made in a consistent way, which has always been my issue with other locations. This will be my go-to spot as long as I am near it.

The best Dunkin Donuts in Newnan! Management runs the store wonderfully and the staff is always going 90 to nothing getting the orders out. My orders are always correct and they always have the best attitudes. They are extremely helpful if I have questions about new drink flavors, etc.

Where to start……I’ve been going to this location for a few years since its right next to the exit and on my way to work from my house. At very, the service and quality was perfect, however recently its been very poor. Often items on my order is missing or just plain wrong. Recently I’ve been having to check my order to make sure they didn’t forget anything! For example, I typically get the everything bagel bites and 3 piece munchkins. Often times they’ll either forget the munchkins, give me the wrong bagel bites, forget the bagel bits, or give me the incorrect number of bites! Just today I only got the bagel bites and a drink, and they only gave me one bagel bite! They are already on the expensive side for how many you get, and somehow they mess up the most simplest of orders…… If you are going to this location, seriously consider other options OR thoroughly check your order before leaving.
