Ordered a pizza that was supposed to have pizza sauce and it has some type of white sauce! The person at the store said that it was Ranch! I ordered a Ranch CUP not ranch on a pizza! That is just gross!

The food is always bomb & fresh! The garlic bread pizza is yummy – definitely a favorite of mine! The service has always been great and employees are so friendly. I love Joe and his amazing personality & laughter he brings. Atmosphere is chill!

Garlic knots were over done, pizza crust was either over proofed or old and completely flat, toppings were all placed in the very center of the pizza and not spread properly (some slices only had 1-3 pieces on a meat lovers pizza)

I just went to this restaurant in Crossville and there is 1 person. Whomever owns this store should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this. Its unsafe and isn’t fair to tge person working there. If you can’t staff properly either close the restaurant or go and work there. If you don’t want to do either of those you shouldn’t own a business.

Honestly, for the price, their pizza leaves something to be desired. I do not believe that a person would be able to tell the difference between Papa John’s pizza and what is offered by a random gas station. I’m not hating on your average gas station pizza but I am on Papa John’s for offering the same product at three times the mark up. I’ll admit I am impressed but not for the reason anyone would expect. Average pizza for extraordinary prices.

Love getting the pizza from this location. It is by far the best Poppa Johns location from Cookeville to Oak Ridge. Love the manage who has been there since almost the beginning. Nice staff and always the best pizza.

Pizza was awful. A frozen box pizza would have been better! Hardly any toppings. We paid for 3 toppings & got 1 topping on each slice of pizza.

While the overall taste was good, the price was ridiculous for what we ended up with. There was only one pepperoni, onion, and pepper per slice, VERY skimpy. We paid $2.50 for each topping! With the tip it was $40.00! Would not recommend.
