wow…just wow where do I honestly begin.. the snow cones are so good and they have such a variety of flavors I don’t know where to start and don’t even get me started on the other various items they serve such as the corn and shakes they really are a game changer and that says a lot especially when we live in an age where innovation and creativity is gone I love coming to this place. And the staff here are so helpful they always serve me with a smile on their face and they are ready to answer any questions I have.

Ordered a bunch of stuff and they don’t give you cup holders, ordered like 6 items. Both fresas con crema that I ordered the strawberries were all mushy, don’t know if they were old or what? But it made them taste really bad. Quality overall is bad, down to customer service.

First time going there and I ordered two medium corns, small strawberries, and two “Frozen Mangonadas” which the girl at the window said they were slushy like. When we got them, they tasted like sewer/tap water seems had a bit of mango flavor (75%water/ 25%mango). The corn was ok, but the strawberries were still sour and over priced for the tiny cup we got. My wife and I couldn’t drink the mango drink, but we definitely won’t be going back.

On the 31, I came here fresh out of work. The teenage girl was very rude and had something I didn’t order. I ordered a Tamarindo drink, and she gave me a raspa. The raspa didn’t have any syrup. When I asked about it, she said it would be extra. What??? How is this person the face of your business. Never again will you get a penny from me. I was a regular customer. Hope it was worth it. Go somewhere else, don’t spend your money here. My fiancee is white. I really think that had something to do with it. She kept looking at us funny.

I had an unpleasant experience with the customer service during my visit. The young teenage woman at the front, who has blonde hair, came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. A smile or a more courteous attitude would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, based on this interaction, I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Aguas frescas are no longer natural but they won’t tell you that, they’ll tell you things will take over 15 minutes to be ready just to try and persuade you not to order those items. Had been coming here for over 15 years and I must say this place has gone to the crapper.

Used to love coming here since I was a kid. Recently the new girl is very rude and always has an attitude when I order. I ordered 4 drinks and she made it seem like it was the biggest hassle ever and telling me they only had small cups left for the day.
