Despite the stickers on the bag assuring us that our 2 sandwiches were DOUBLE checked for accuracy, both sandwiches had smelly onions which we asked NOT be included. I even notified Firehouse Subs that day via their survey and ASKED to be contacted. A week later… nothing heard. Pretty bad customer service from beginning to the end. You have too many competitors to have such bad customer focus and poor service. We understand (multiple) mistakes happen, but it’s what you DO about it when you find out that matters.

We have visited this specific location many times throughout the last four years, but this most recent visit was by far the most enjoyable! The customer service was top notch! The manager Elizabeth and her staff (Kathy, Connie, and Andrew) all did an amazing job of making the customers feel welcomed, appreciated, and valued. They greeted us with friendly smiles; they spoke clearly and with eye-contact. They made our food efficiently and expertly. The food was delicious and warm, which was definitely appreciated on a cold winter day. The atmosphere was clean and organized. We will definitely be back, and we highly recommend this location for a delicious warm quick meal with superb customer service!

Ordered 4 subs and 3 bowls of Baked Potato soup. The soup was horrible!!!! We have ordered it in the past and it was really good! The consistency was like water, very small amount of potatoes and they were undercooked, the bacon was large pieces of fat. Was charged for a combo (sub, chips and drink) and only received the sub.

This particular Firehouse Subs shop is my favorite Firehouse and has amazing sandwiches! The meat and cheese are excellent, and the sandwiches are steamed, perfect for those who enjoy hot subs with melted cheese. They have a wide variety, all cleverly named after fireman themes. The Italian I got was awesome. Friendly staff and clean environment. They also offer gluten-free bread!

Located in what I would call a mini mall. Parking limited and difficult to exit. Sub on the good side with plenty fresh veggies. Staff busy working on what I believe was online orders and I had a bit of wait to order and receive my sub. My opinion is I took the time to visit your business I would like a larger priority.

Store forgot my gravy. The owner of this location doesn’t give out any free stuff for inconveniences. Waste of my time. Go to a different location or sub shop. UPDATE: Manager emailed me to explain that I didn’t order the gravy in the app, that it comes separately for an extra charge. Regardless, I had to drive back to the store to get the gravy and the owner doesn’t allow free stuff, not even a free chips or cookie. So I wasted my time driving back to the store, and the owner only wanted to save face by contacting me and reiterated her stance that I was mistaken. Unprofessional, cheap, and lazy. Not worth going to this store.

Walked into a smoke-filled store. The brisket was cooked but sliced very thin. Unfortunately, the bacon was raw and gummy. The sandwich came on plain bread with no option to toast it. For the price, it wasn’t worth it. I left wishing I’d ordered pizza instead.

I asked for a large sandwich, but I believe I received medium portion of pastrami and corned beef. It was the smallest amount of meat in any sandwich that I’ve ever had in my life I will not ever return to any firehouse giving out these quantities. Even Subway subs have more protein.
