We tried Annesso Pizzeria for the first time and absolutely loved it! We ordered the scampi pizza and the jalapeño & pepperoni pizza, both were so flavorful and perfectly cooked. The mozzarella sticks and fries were the perfect appetizers, and everything came out hot and fresh. We also had lattes and a Mexican Squirt, and the drinks were really good! It was our first time here but definitely not the last. Highly recommend if you’re looking for delicious food and great vibes!

We tried Annesso last weekend and loved the mafadline pasta so much we had to go again this past weekend! We made reservations (a must) ahead of time and were seated promptly even if it was busy! Winter formal weekend both nights. Our first experience with staff was exceptional and he was on top of our drink and food orders. Last night, the waitress may have had too many tables to wait so it took a little longer for food and drinks. That just happens sometimes and that’s okay! Anyway, the Americano pizza was good but not our favorite. The cacio e Pepe pizza is phenomenal and a must try! Meatballs are delicious and a great starter! The cauliflower was good but probably will not get again- too fried for our taste. The mafadline pasta is to die for and I usually don’t go for seafood pastas but wow… definitely getting that every time we go. The have a good wine/beer/cocktail list! I usually go for the wine. Definitely will be coming back lots of times!

It was a family lunch at Anesso and we were amazed by the dishes we ordered. Delicious!Even the dessert was yummy. It was my first time to have olive oil in an ice cream. Great experience! We all enjoyed the food and the place was very enticing as well.

Online ordering takes an hour for a pizza that takes all of 5 minutes to make. Pizza is tasty when it’s not burnt. But that burger now that is a showstopper. 2nd best burger in all of Fresno. I’d buy the most expensive bottle of champagne for an evening after 4pm with one of those.

Sat at the bar and started with the sprouted cauliflower. Nicely light fried with dipping sauce. Americano pizza was wonderful! So many different flavors that all worked well together!

Great place/atmosphere/ambiance, great cocktails.
Recommended making reservations or plan to wait for quite some time.
Getting a spot at the bar is also a good option but still quite a wait since it’s first come, first serve.

Delicious, everything is fresh. The chicken pesto sandwich bread is warm soft and buttery. The parm fries are so delicious and the cauliflower is so crunchy tender and flavorful. I love the espresso Martini but I could not finish it because it is a little on the sweet side but that is personal preference. Services absolutely amazing. I do recommend trying this place everything on the menu is worth trying.

Annesso’s has the best pizza in Fresno, hands down. A lot of people like to debate it, but there’s a reason this place is always busy — the pizza is truly authentic Italian, and you can tell the owners take their craft seriously. They even trained with a chef in Italy, which really shows in the quality.

I’ve personally never had a bad experience here. The servers are always super kind, attentive, and welcoming, which makes dining there even better.

The only downside? The manager. He’s not very friendly and rarely smiles. He’ll talk to you sometimes, but overall, you’d expect a manager to be more warm and welcoming to guests.

Still — the food and staff make Annesso’s worth it every time.

Food was awesome. Pizza is a solid thin crust. The meat ball sandwich was delicious. The bread it came on was soft in the middle and crunchy on the sides. We also ordered the Parm fries, and they were amazing. Nice and crispy with lots of flavor. Service was good and they didn’t leave you waiting for a long time. I did reserve a table before we left which was nice to sit right now when we got there.

Very busy come early or call ahead! But, once you get done spending 10 minutes looking for parking and navigating through the massive lunch crowd. You will be rewarded with delicious for. Beware it’s a lot of food. I recommend sharing a plate. Enjoy!
P.s., great bar
