Not seen any issue with new ownership. Our family love their Pizzas for years. Same old awesome quality. Reasonable Price. Seen same people working past 2 years. Food was ready on time for pick up. Will try their Broaster Chicken sometime.

I’ve eaten broasted chicken from Centerville pizza for years, and it was awesome! But today at 6pm I ordered broasted as always well done……and this is what I recieved! Overcooked & un seasoned chicken! Im soooo disappointed! I pray this was just a bad day, but NOT only was the chicken terrible, it was greasy and tasted as if the grease needed to be changed! This chicken used to taste so great, I did not check the box when I picked it up, this time I regret it. Had I checked, I would have taken it back in a got a refund! I will NOT be returning! Calling after they are open to hear “Our oven aren’t on yet…” multiple times has of course been irritating. I feel like we have given so many chances in the past 6 months. This place used to rock. But today, the green beans are so so salty, the cornbread taste freezer burnt, and the chicken isn’t what it used to be.
It just isn’t worth it with the new(ish) owners.

This place use to be great !! I called to place an order, nobody answered the phone, so I hung up and called back. The girl said hang on. N never answered the phone. So I was on my way thinking there just busy. That wasn’t the case. I walked in and there was only 1 girl working. This was a Saturday evening. Then she starts saying how she is out of everything including the chicken that I wanted. The phone was ringing and she was just ignoring it. How can one person run this place on a Saturday by their self. They shouldn’t even be open. This place has gone down hill. Will not b going back. I’ve been going here for years with great service n food. Never been so frustrated n disappointed. This place should just close until they learn how to run a business. New owners I heard, Don’t waste your time or money. They don’t care about there customers at all. Very sad !!!!

Ordered 2 large pizzas and 4 pc broaster chicken. When I went to pick up my order, I got a chance to meet the new owner. He took me inside and showed how they make pizza from scratch and their brand new Broaster chicken fryer. After this short tour, I personally believe they have not changed any thing from previous owner. Centerville Pizza “Rocks“ as usual and no one can beat them for Broaster chicken. I would not stop going to this place.

I’ve been going here for years for the broasted chicken. Just attempted to call-in a carryout order at 7pm (they close at 8). A female answered “Centerville Pizza, we are currently closed” then immediately huge up. I just read they have new ownership so maybe they couldn’t care less about the folks who pay their bills, the customers. It would have literally taken 10 seconds more of communication to have an understanding customer instead of a disrespected one. Those people skills are complete garage.

Since the new owners this place has went totally down hill. Service is mild like they don’t want to be there. Pizza is trash and taste cheap you can tell they switch something up. I won’t ever order from here again. Thanks but no thanks. Oh yeah went up on prices like the sodas smh please I beg you to go elsewhere to order your pizza.

For my birthday, I really wanted broasted chicken with my family..We had it from Centerville Pizza before and it was very good. Unfortunately, this past Sunday, I was very disappointed. It seemed like it was just fried chicken. Very dry and I really think it was just regular chicken. Oh well. Hopefully, just a mistake..

Can’t speak on the service or atmosphere since I ordered delivery online, but got an XL extra cheese pizza and it was abysmal. Only forced myself to eat it because I spent 30 bucks on it. The cheese was that awful rubbery cheap cheese that should only belong in mozz sticks, could hardly taste the sauce(no option for extra sauce and requested in comments for it), and if you like pizza hut crust it’s basically that. Do not recommend at all.
