I went and got some pizza today Before the big storm from Mr. Jay. He was an absolute delight to talk to very and welcoming to all the customers. He recommended me this Honey fire pizza and it was fantastic and spicy. Perfect for this cold weather! I recommend coming here personally as well as catering for work or events you might need!

Ordered a large, thick Serious Meat and it was absolutely phenomenal. I don’t think we’ve had a pizza that big in a while. Worth it. We had wings, a meatball sandwich and a salad. All were amazing. Will definitely be back!

First time ordering from here and my pizza is raw. I fortunately was able to get a full refund from Grubhub.
Now I get to cook my pizza.
Update 9/14/25: John at Donatos called me the morning after my order and offered to make it right. He offered to make my same pizza again (pepperoni hot honey with extra cheese). I am taking him up on that and know I won’t be disappointed. The toppings were quite delicious on the first go round.
John hand delivered my re-order and gave me a larger size than what I had initially ordered plus a dessert.
The pizza was cooked well. I got a hand tossed crust and it had a nice slight crunch. Great flavors on the toppings!

Jan 23rd update: revising to 4 stars. GM, Jay personally called me to apologize for the Jan 19th evening described below. He personally made the pizza we had ordered (and canceled) on the 19th, and greeted me directly when I picked it up today, along with coupons and a face to face apology. Outstanding follow through. I’ve loved Donato’s back in Ohio and was thrilled to see one in Allen. Same fresh ingredients and friendly customer service. Pepperoni pizza thin crust is yum! And there is nothing more delicious than the cinnamon bread. One bite when it’s warm and crispy on the outside and you’ll be hooked too!

Went there the week it opened, the staff was super nice and friendly. The sitting area is kinda small but the have outside sitting as well. The pepperoni pizza must’ve had 100 pieces of pepperoni and it was nice and crispy… we also had the cinnamon bread, it was really good. Definitely will be going back.
