In.gredients is a standout dining destination tucked inside the Microsoft campus in Redmond, offering a thoughtfully crafted three-course lunch that rotates its menu every few weeks. I like the fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative dishes that feel both elevated and approachable. The ambiance strikes a nice balance between casual and upscale, perfect for business lunches or a special mid-day treat, and the service is friendly and attentive.

One of the biggest draws is the value, $20–$25 per person you get appetizer, entrée, and dessert that often exceed expectations for the price, with standout items like seared scallops, wagyu meatballs, and panna cotta, etc. The space is modern and inviting, and the rotating menu keeps the experience fresh so you can try something new on return visits.

Since the menu changes often and the lunch service is popular, reservations are recommended to secure a table.

Overall, In.gredients delivers fresh, flavorful food with excellent value and a pleasant atmosphere, making it a hidden gem for Microsoft employees and guests alike.

Visited it again, a year after. My rating stays the same. The food was not 5*. Tuna – recommended by the chef medium-rare, was overly dried, not sure it should be served like that at all. Both opening courses were very spicy. Savory zucchini bread had some weird spice that made it taste like it went bad…

Visited the chef’s restaurant at the Microsoft campus today. While I wasn’t blown away, it’s great to have a chef’s restaurant at an affordable price. The portions match the prices—don’t expect to leave stuffed, but you won’t leave hungry either. If I had to pay a full price for a full size dish – I would rate the food not higher that a 3.

Most dishes had a pretentious touch, but none were outstanding. We enjoyed the key lime pie, though it was a tad too sweet. The chicken masala was a bit dry, and the savory brie dessert was underwhelming, served straight from the fridge instead of softened as it should be.

The rockfish was interesting but not memorable. The mango salad and crostini were fine, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, the best part is the price and the opportunity to dine at a chef’s restaurant without breaking the bank.

It was a good experience for the group of five to have lunch at In.gredients. Nice design, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Menu is simple, food was fresh, some ingredients combination was unique. Not sure if the concept is a business lunch or unique restaurant experience for the corporate employees. Overall, we liked it, although we would like to explore more dining places.

Great restaurant for Microsoft employees and their friends and family. The rotating menu is every month so you always get a fresh selection. Been here a bunch of times and it’s always good. Sometimes their dishes aren’t the best, most of the time it’s good, that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars.

Today I had butternut squash soup, shrimp crab tamale, and pumpkin cheesecake, every dish was so good.

Highly recommended especially for the price. Make sure to reserve one or two weeks in advance.

I had a wonderful lunch at In.gredients—what a gem! The ambiance is calm and modern, tucked away in the Microsoft campus but offering a true restaurant-feel. The three-course menu (which changes regularly) delivers excellent value and creativity: dishes were beautifully prepared using fresh, local ingredients. My scallop starter was perfectly seared and followed by a standout main and a dessert that wrapped the experience up nicely. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the setting felt elevated yet relaxed. Whether for a business meal or a special treat, In.gredients is a fantastic choice. Can’t wait to go back and see what’s on the next menu!

Excellent service. We had the three course lunch for $23. All plates were delicious! It is our third time around, and it is well worth it. The atmosphere is casual, with a small amount of tables that cater to Microsoft employees. It is situated inside Building 34. Reservations are strongly suggested.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment you walk in, you can tell there’s something special about it. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a genuine neighborhood feel — like you’re part of a community rather than just a customer. The staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable; they take the time to explain where their products come from and how everything is sourced, which I really appreciate.

What I love most is their commitment to sustainability and local sourcing. You can really taste the difference — everything feels fresh and thoughtfully curated. Whether I’m grabbing a quick snack, stocking up on local produce, or picking up one of their freshly prepared meals, I always leave happy (and usually with something new to try!).

Their attention to detail is unmatched — even the packaging is eco-conscious, and they make it so easy to shop without feeling guilty about waste. It’s refreshing to find a place that actually lives up to its values and doesn’t just talk about them.

In.gredients has quickly become one of my go-to spots, and I recommend it to all my friends and family. If you care about good food, supporting local businesses, and being part of a sustainable movement, this is definitely the place for you. Can’t wait to come back again and again!

In.gredients at Microsoft Redmond (located on first floor of cafe 34) offers a changing menu every 5-6 weeks, giving a variety of tasty options. You can enjoy a three-course meal for just $17-$20, which is a great deal. The staff is friendly and knows their stuff, and the place is nice for both special occasions and casual dining. The modern design and comfy seating make it a good spot for Microsoft employees and their guests. They use local and seasonal ingredients, and they’re accommodating if you have dietary restrictions or allergies. A delightful place to eat – HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We chose the vegetarian options in the menu. They started our 3 course meal with a delightful bowl of French Onion Soup. This classic dish, sometimes a hit or miss, was undoubtedly a hit here. The robust broth, perfectly caramelized onions, and the layer of melted cheese on top created a rich and satisfying experience.
Following this savory delight, I ventured into the Veg Eggplant Parmigiano. The layers of impeccably cooked eggplant, luscious tomato sauce, and the gooey cheese amalgamated into a harmonious blend of flavors. The chef’s dedication to quality ingredients was evident in every bite, showcasing the thoughtfulness and freshness invested in this dish.
They served us Panna Cotta and a sweet crepe for dessert which was perfect conclusion to our meal at Inoredients Coffee The smonth and velvety texture.

good value for the price!
the wagyu meatball, although not the most picturesque, was surprisingly delicious.
the salmon and asparagus could benefit with some more intrinsic flavor, imo.
the coconut dessert was delicious.
