honestly, take the extra five minutes to go out to the dunkin down the highway. save yourself the time wasted in line to the extremely incompetent people serving drinks. an iced macchiato should have two ACTUAL espresso shots in there, not the leftover bits of the espresso machine that maybe add up to literally a fourth of an actual shot. Now you drive off looking at your macchiato like huh, thats a lot whiter than it should be. Turns out you just ordered an iced sweet milk shake. Then you’re like my food cant be as bad, so you start biting into it and BOOM, theres a hair in there. Cancelled. Shut this place down for the love of god please shut this place down. Saving yourself the extra ten minutes to go here IS NOT worth it, go late to your lecture, meeting, whatever it may be. I wouldn’t be writing this review if this hasn’t happened before…

Genuinely only go to this place if you hate yourself, the service is terrible, they get your order entirely wrong then give attitude when they have to remake it… they yell aggressively too and throw your bag and receipt at you like you’re a dirty dog on the road. if you have a humiliation kink, this is the place for you

Slow service, rude management. Got into an argument with a lady over the phone for asking to sub my muffin for a pumpkin since they didn’t have it on DoorDash so I hung up and she has the audacity to call me back trying to continue the conflict it was 6:30am too early to be starting with your customers. Corporate really needs to look into this store.

Absolutely atrocious service – This is referring to only the manager I was serviced by (Female, mid-late 40s, dark complexion and glasses). I have never encountered such a rude, unprofessional, and repulsive employee anywhere in my life. The manager on shift treated others (employee & customers) with disgusting behavior. (Eye rolling, attitude, argumentative) Was eating food while working and talking to customers, not wearing gloves, and making food / drinks for customers in between eating (did not wash hands). I witnessed her insult another customer, argue and raise her voice (completely unprompted might I add) all because they kindly asked for a coffee to be remade. No individual should be allowed to treat other people, let alone customers, with so much disrespect. Allowing this woman to keep her job and continue on her day is just enabling this kind of behavior. Nobody and I mean NOBODY who treats others like this should be allowed to work in any sort of customer service / hospitality environment. ESPECIALLY not as a manager.

Man with short curly hair, skin beard, average height or a little above; very rude, spoke in a low tone through headset, could barely hear, only asked 2 questions regarding the menu, tried ordering something off menu, rudely replied, tried ordering something ON the menu, rudely replied, got to the window, not a word from him. Service there is usually subpar, but that was the worst yet.

Nice employees, terrible management. After screwing up our door dash order twice in a row, I go in and talk to an assistant manager, big guy with beard, who rather than apologize gives me a bunch of excuses, then gets riled up, gives me attitude, threatens to give me a no trespassing order. Sure, why would I want to come here and deal with this anyway? All I wanted was an apology and a couple missing donuts. Atrocious, aggressive and confrontational customer service. Never going there again, they screw things up and if you point it out they attack you. Who needs that? I just wanted a couple donuts. Then he gave me the smallest apple fritter known to man
