I was skeptical to come back to this place but I happen to be downtown and let me say what a 180. First off I got there around 2 pm and the store was clean and it smelled amazing. The food was good and fast and the 2 employees (lady and a gentleman) that I saw there was very nice and accommodating. Even checked on me midway thru my meal. Not really heard of in fast food anymore so I will definitely be back if this the service I’m receiving. Great hires and I hope they get raises ☺️

I recently visited and was blown away by the changes! The new management has truly elevated the experience—service was exceptional and lightning-fast. The new staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about their work. Plus, the food quality was outstanding, fresher, and tastier than ever. I visited this Jimmy John’s recently, and the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The bread was genuinely good—fresh, soft inside with a nice crust. The sandwich itself was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. As a vegetarian, I found the menu pretty underwhelming—just a couple of basic options, not much variety or flavor.
Service was quick and polite, which I appreciated. However, the location was a bit hard to find, and parking was a hassle—there’s a paid lot with only a few spots, and they were mostly full. The area around the store wasn’t the cleanest, and the inside felt cramped and a little dull.
Not a great spot for families or anyone needing wheelchair access either—the setup inside is tight, and the entrance isn’t very accessible. Overall, it’s fine if you’re nearby and just want a quick bite, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again.

Should be a Zero Star… I called the number the next day. Worker said I didn’t make the sandwich so I don’t have any feedback, was told to call back in the morning to talk with manager still haven’t got ahold of him/her. I called corporate filled a claim and they said someone would reach out to me. We ordered Jimmy John’s Catering for our wedding party so everyone would have food on the bus.
Someone noticed mold on their bread about 80% into the sandwich. There were at least 4 sandwiches that ended up having mold on the bread. They didn’t tell us till after because they didn’t want us to be upset on our wedding day but for all I know my wife and I ate moldy sandwich’s because we were in a hurry and didn’t think the need to ever inspect a sandwich. This is completely unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. We spent $392 on this food and it is unacceptable to be paying for moldy sandwiches. This isn’t even something someone should ever have to check before eating something they paid for. I’m not asking for an entire refund but we should not be paying for the 4 sandwiches that we for sure knew about that had mold.
Unfortunately it was probably more than 4. Photos are attached not the greatest quality but you can see the mold spots.

Nothing fancy. Just like your average sandwich place. From reading the other reviews I seem to have gotten lucky because my sandwich was made correctly and tasted pretty good. The wait wasn’t too long but it was busy. The guy behind the counter definitely did not want to be there though and it showed in service which is why i only gave it 3 stars

Garbage customer service. They mess up time to time and fight you when you bring it up and ask for it to be fixed.
I eat there once or twice a week for almost a year and I recently brought a mistake up and the guy behind the counter basically called me a liar because I didnt call and yell at them right when it happened. Then said I need a receipt, but the order history and confirmation on the app wouldn’t suffice as a receipt apparently.
I guess the little mini dude who always looks really really high is in charge now – good luck dealing with his idiocy.

Jimmy John’s usually is consistent but this location really rubbed me the wrong way.
It took nearly an hour to get my order but I totally understand due to a big event in the area and there’s only so many sandwiches you can push out but here’s what got me, I placed a takeout order and I was in the proximity of the guy making it and instead of him just handing it off to me and acknowledging my patience he just rudely ignored me and placed it on the pickup shelf without acknowledging me.
The funny thing was I didn’t mind waiting until literally a hour after to get the older but to just do that really sends a message of carelessness even with dinner rush. First and last time I’ll order at this location.
