Service was quick and polite, which I appreciated. However, the location was a bit hard to find, and parking was a hassle—there’s a paid lot with only a few spots, and they were mostly full. The area around the store wasn’t the cleanest, and the inside felt cramped and a little dull.
Not a great spot for families or anyone needing wheelchair access either—the setup inside is tight, and the entrance isn’t very accessible. Overall, it’s fine if you’re nearby and just want a quick bite, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to come here again.
Someone noticed mold on their bread about 80% into the sandwich. There were at least 4 sandwiches that ended up having mold on the bread. They didn’t tell us till after because they didn’t want us to be upset on our wedding day but for all I know my wife and I ate moldy sandwich’s because we were in a hurry and didn’t think the need to ever inspect a sandwich. This is completely unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. We spent $392 on this food and it is unacceptable to be paying for moldy sandwiches. This isn’t even something someone should ever have to check before eating something they paid for. I’m not asking for an entire refund but we should not be paying for the 4 sandwiches that we for sure knew about that had mold.
Unfortunately it was probably more than 4. Photos are attached not the greatest quality but you can see the mold spots.
I eat there once or twice a week for almost a year and I recently brought a mistake up and the guy behind the counter basically called me a liar because I didnt call and yell at them right when it happened. Then said I need a receipt, but the order history and confirmation on the app wouldn’t suffice as a receipt apparently.
I guess the little mini dude who always looks really really high is in charge now – good luck dealing with his idiocy.
It took nearly an hour to get my order but I totally understand due to a big event in the area and there’s only so many sandwiches you can push out but here’s what got me, I placed a takeout order and I was in the proximity of the guy making it and instead of him just handing it off to me and acknowledging my patience he just rudely ignored me and placed it on the pickup shelf without acknowledging me.
The funny thing was I didn’t mind waiting until literally a hour after to get the older but to just do that really sends a message of carelessness even with dinner rush. First and last time I’ll order at this location.
