I’ve never been to Kansas. I’m a huge history buff when it comes to infamous people such as Wyatt Earp. We stopped here for lunch for the first time and I’m already wondering when we can come back. Our hostess was Kimberly. She was so amazing, laughed with us, and told us about their brewing company. I had a mango cider, which was so easy and good. We ordered the pizza pickle bites, per her recommendation and I was so satisfied with that recommendation! The pizza was perfectly made and so delicious. We had the Porky Fun Guy pizza . If I ever come through Kansas again, I’m definitely stopping here! Thank you guys so much for a great lunch and experience!

Excellent brewery with plenty of craft beer options as well as a crafted limoncello for those who don’t drink beer. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Good beer and even better pizza. We got the pizza of the day that we planned on taking half home, but then finished the whole thing. The vibe of the place was good and everyone was talkative and friendly when we engaged with them.

Stopped in during a long road trip and this place hit the spot! We got 4 pizzas and they were all very tasty! The prices are great for the size of pizza you get. There’s a good variety of beers to accommodate almost every flavor palate. Would definitely recommend!

Man, there’s so much to like about this place. It’s a shame the downsides are so big.
I went on a Friday night just because I wanted a couple craft beers. It was absolutely jammed to the walls with people. I grabbed a seat at one of the two available tables because the bar was full, before realizing that I looked silly because there were no waiters or waitresses. None. There’s nobody to take your order except at the single cash register. You have to get up and wait in line for ten minutes to order anything or close out your tab. I got in line, eventually ordered a beer, and grabbed the one now available spot at the bar. When I went to order a second beer, all I could do was hope and pray nobody took my seat whole I stood in line. Even getting back to my seat was a pain because of all of the people in there.
The beer was great. The food that other people were ordering looked good. The atmosphere was okay, if you’re into the tourist-trap “old-timey western but modern” kind of thing. I’d just recommend not going during peak hours unless you really like getting up close and personal with strangers and standing in line is the bright spot of your day.
The prickly pear sour with jalapeno is very good but considerably spicy. I advise taking the half serving of jalapeno in it when offered. It’s plenty.

Totally dig it. My only regret is that I ate too many dee-licious steak nachos to order pizza. The staff was so friendly that, for a minute, I thought that I had been captured by some cow town cult. I wasn’t entirely upset about that. Good beers, cocktails, and food! I’ll be back to eat pizza and drink more beers soon.

First timers passing through! Good beer selection, reasonable pricing, fun environment. Great patio/large garage doors to open for warmer seasons. Pizza was fantastic, nice size, plentiful toppings including sauce which is generally skimpy on most pizzas. Will return if through the area again.
LOVE the logo….hops in a cowboy hat!

Craft beer with delicious pizza, this place is a must.
The cheese pizza was outstanding, the sausage was great and the pepperoni was good. Just wish there were more pepperoni. We ordered way too much, but the pizza warmed up great.
I tried a flight of beer and really enjoyed the bier. Prepare yourself for heavy flavors with with the food or drink.

I would like to start with we are from out of town. It can be scary looking for a place to eat in a place that you’re not familiar with. We were very lucky to stop here. The pizza was to die for. There’s a couple of things that make a great pizza first they have to have a great crust, then it’s the sauce, and they can’t be too stingy on the toppings. Dodge City Brewing had all four.
Our waitstaffs name was Jessica. She was very helpful. She had a great attitude and took the time to talk to us about the museum in town and the specials they have on saturday afternoon. I promise that if we come through this part of the country again, we will be stopping. I hope if you’re reading this, you’ll stop by and enjoy a pie and say hi to jessica.
