Before opening a service business, the owner should really learn how to speak respectfully with people. Even if someone accidentally parks for 10–15 minutes in a spot marked as private, there’s a polite way to ask them to move — not by being rude and boasting about being “the boss” around here. Courtesy goes a long way, especially when you’re trying to build a reputation and attract customers.

I recently ordered through DoorDash and was pleased with the quick delivery; the food arrived while it was still warm, which was fantastic. The pizzas we ordered were very enjoyable. However, I found the boneless buffalo wings to be less satisfactory. The buffalo sauce was quite dominant and overshadowed other flavors, and the chicken itself could have been more tender.

I ordered pizza for delivery scheduled at 11:45 PM and it arrived over two hours late. What made this experience unacceptable wasn’t just the delay, but the customer service.
I called the restaurant three times to ask for an update. The first call went unanswered. The second time, the man who answered was extremely rude and told me I should cancel my order or “just eat cold pizza whenever it arrives.” On the third call, I was told that because I didn’t tip on my card (I had a cash tip), they would take their time delivering my order “whenever they wanted.”
That is completely unprofessional. Service should never depend on how or whether a tip is given—especially when they had no way of knowing I planned to tip in cash. After those comments, I honestly didn’t even feel comfortable eating the food because I was worried it may have been tampered with.
This was a frustrating and upsetting experience. Delays happen, but rude behavior and intentionally poor service are unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from here again.

The pizza here is always great. My 2 stars is for the way the pizza is always delivered to our office. We ordered 3 deluxe pizzas directly from their website online (not DoorDash or uber eats) and they all came smashed in on one side. This is not the first time this has happened. We have had multiple pizzas delivered to our office when we have meetings and each time it is smashed to one side. The pizza is good, but I wish they would do a better job at delivering the pizza.

I parked at the private spot there because I really needed to use the bathroom. It was my fault I shouldn’t have parked there.
The owner arrived and at first he wasn’t very nice. He explained (loudly) that I shouldn’t have parked there (he’s right, I shouldn’t have)
After pointing out that he’s right but he could have said it nicely, he apologized, offered me the spot, and kindly shared with me that it was his New Year’s resolutions was to say things nicely.
I read through some of the bad reviews and I see why people are upset, but I can respect a man willing to apologize and change.
What was at first an upsetting situation, quickly became redemptive because of the owners willingness to take responsibility (even though I was wrong to begin with)
If he reads this, hats off to you sir. And best of luck with your New Year’s resolution. I’m so sure you can do it.

some of the other reviewers are showing their entitlement with customer service. i can’t speak for yelling or whatnot, but yeah, the manager didn’t talk to me or smile.
why should he, being the sole person running a store all through the night? just sit down and wait for your pizza like an adult. dude didn’t speak a word to me but the pizza was fresh and good at an unreasonable hour to expect most people to be working. sheesh

we ordered SUPER late last night and although they had a far delivery charge for a dc delivery, the pizza was delivered warm and I was delighted by the taste. if I need a late night delivery I def will be ordering again
