I just had the best Chipotle burrito I’ve ever had this evening. I wanted to say thank you to the two people doing to-go orders and the guy who was on the grill specifically for helping me out when I asked if they could “mix” my burrito since there isn’t an option on the app. The man on the grill happened to hear my request and told the two people working the to-go station who absolutely nailed my exact order. All three of them have my thanks. Appreciate them going that extra mile!

Worst Chipotle in Olathe. Ill drive several miles past this one just to get it. It’s always closing shift. Doesn’t matter if it 10: 10 or 9:30 they don’t want you to order they want you out very unfriendly and you’ll be lucky if they have all the ingredients still before 10 pm. Just go to another one or none at all not worth it.

Note for the owner: Just wanted to share a quick observation. The atmosphere felt a bit lazy, which made me question the level of care going into the food. I visited at 7:45pm on a Friday night and noticed some chairs already up on the tables. When I asked an employee about closing time, he said, “10:00—I just try to get people to not sit here so I don’t have to clean them anymore.” That kind of comment doesn’t give off the best impression.

Ordered a Bowl Through DoorDash. Barbaccoa was the protein. Opened the lid, to discover 2 shreds of barbaccoa was present. Unbelievable. Will not visit this location again. Always been a dirty restaurant location.

I placed a mobile order for lunch, app said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the specified pickup time, planning to use the pickup window but there were trash cans laying in the middle of the driveway so I couldn’t get through. I went inside and see the entire staff sitting in the lobby. I told them I had a mobile order and they looked confused and asked if I had the right store. They finally got up and proceeded to start making several orders that apparently had been sitting waiting on their computer while they were sitting in the lobby. After another 10 minutes I finally got my order. Now I know why the reviews for this location are so bad.

Multiple times, we’ve ordered from this Chipotle location, and almost every time, they SKIMP on the meat. This last time, I ordered a bowl with barbacoa on the app, and the amount of meat received was like a garnish–not even a spoonful of meat from the entire bowl. I’m convinced the management instructs the employees at this specific location to barely give any meat at all. If you want Chipotle, just go to another location.

It was OK. Unfortunately the prices are just outrageous. When did this fast food place become gourmet? Steak bowl was very fatty. I know some people like that. Unfortunately I don’t. Im definitely thinking a pass next time.

Just went into the store to place a carry out order. The girl at the cash register was super rude when I asked to check my receipt, after telling her I didn’t want it. And my burrito is half the size I’ve gotten at any other chipotle. I work down the street but I guess I’ll drive a little further next time I want chipolte

Ordered online and picked your through the drive thru. Worker didn’t even look at us and practically threw our food at us. Got home and was missing 1/4 of our order. Had to drive another 10 miles round trip to get the missing order. No apology. Extremely rude employee and horrible customer service.
