Had a chance to give this place a try for an early dinner. Easy ordering for a to-go order and enjoyed a beer while waiting. Service was great and I watch them make the sushi right in front of me. Perfect for those who love sushi!!

Unbelievable terrible service, not high but gouching prices, food was subpar. $5.50 A KIDS APPLE JUICE! $4.00 FOR EACH SAUCE! They automatically add tip so arfter order was taken, never saw a server again. SCANDALOUS. Of course I’ll never be back!

Wednesday at noon we were the only people there. Sushi chef was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Reasonably priced for very fresh fish. Crunchy toro roll and playboy roll were our favorites.

Let me start by saying that if this was based on the taste of food I would put 3 stars. This is a very good birthday or little kid experience. Expect a good time, but not excellent service or food. I got the filet mignon and scallops. I loved everything I had except the scallops (over cooked, lacked seasoning) and Filet Mignon (perfectly cooked just no seasoning, tasted like butter). Our chef was excellent and we did enjoy the experience, I just won’t come back for a quick and good tasting meal.

Solid restaurant! Typically have good, quick service, regardless of if you are getting hibachi or sushi.
Can be a bit pricey for the hibachi, as you are paying for the show or service, but it is always good and a TON of food.
Got sushi the last time I went and it hit the spot!

Absolutely worst service I have ever experienced. Tried to call in an order. Was put on hold for over 12 minutes. No one ever picked back up. I tried to order online, but online ordering wasn’t available until the next day. I tried to call again and they had turned off all calls. I drove to the restaurant and was told that they got too busy so they disconnected the phones. Really? Too busy to pick back up for a customer on hold? This is unacceptable for a business. You just lost a customer. I’ll never support this restaurant again in the future. I would rather drive 30-40 minutes to a restaurant that actually wants my business. Unfortunately, I can’t give zero stars in this review.

TLDR: no coordination, hosts oblivious, bartender too overwhelmed, 15 minutes and no menu. We walked.
Their FoH staff doesn’t support and/or coordinate with one another.
Host suggested the bar for the two of us, unaware their bartender was (proverbially) underwater with drink orders and to-go orders. Bartender didn’t look up at anybody that didn’t make a nuisance of themselves.
We spent over five minutes trying to get a water and a neat whiskey. Finally got it from a floating employee who popped in, poured our drink, didn’t ring it up, and then left. Never got a menu and had to interrupt the bartender to give him our one-drink order as I put money on the bar and left.
Support your bartender, have the front desk coordinate to-go orders (especially if I’m going to see them sit there, watching the madness) to keep guests from overwhelming your bar.
I like their food but their service is going to turn me away for a LONG while.
