Just wanted a quick fresh meal. Bread was stale. Cake was a bit dry. A couple of hard pieces of pasta in the pasta salad and just dry overall. Nice friendly staff today, but it costs too much for old and stale food. I was going to eat here a while back but I had a question about an ingredient due to allergies and the girl at the speaker at that time either didn’t understand how customers can be allergic to certain ingredients or she didn’t want to be bothered with checking. That was my second poor experience in a row with this location. I think from now own I’ll just make my own chicken salad and sandwiches

I order via door dash about every two weeks, it amazing and I’ve never had a problem. But tonight I ordered a latte SWEET tea and got unsweetened, plus I ordered the white chocolates cake and didn’t get it. I’m not saying they didn’t put it into the bag I’m just saying I didn’t get it or sweet tea. But it won’t stop me from othering away plus I order it during the week when I work in LaGrange! Definitely recommend the one with pecans!

Excellent service !! The staff were very friendly and patient as it was our first time coming in. It was a great filling meal for light / clean eating. The drive thru is open and so is the dining room. The tortilla soup was very good and not spicy. The cranberry chicken salad tasted amazing and not over loaded on mayo or cranberries. The sandwich also did not disappoint it was just the perfect amount of bread to salad ratio. I loved the cookie as it was a nice little dessert. The pop machine was self serve as well as the tea/lemonade. The restaurant itself was very nicely decorated and it was clean as well as the restroom. Definitely check this place out

Just started a job here in LaGrange, GA. Went to Chicken Salad Chick for lunch. That was a great idea. Had there Buffalo chicken salad BLT and chicken pablano soup. Both were awesome. If you are in or driving through LaGrange, you should stop to get something to eat.

I ordered 2 meals they swapped the sandwiches. 1 was toasted the other was not. The soup was the lumpiest ever Yuck and the sweet tea was lightly sweetened. I paid almost $30 for this mess and I am not pleased. I don’t care if it’s closing time, do your best until the end.

Literally we can’t even have a decent chicken salad chick? I’ve been to multiple CSC locations and this one is by far the worst. I asked, “Can I have extra crackers.” The response was “there should be some in your box.” Great thanks. Not what I asked for. I avoid going here at all costs but sometimes with two kids is much easier pick up stuff in a drive thru.

Best chicken salad ever. They have numerous varieties. Chris, I believe is the manger- is uplifting and very professional. He makes you feel like family and welcoming w a big smile. A must try if you are in the Auburn area!!!
