We got lunch and a beverage included with our skywalk ticket which was a great deal. I was worried that service would be slow and take away from our time at the Grand Canyon. We were on a tour and had limited time but service was super fast and we got our food really fast. The chicken tenders and fries were really good and my boyfriend enjoyed his beef stew. We got refills on our drinks and extra sauces. The views are amazing to, I wish we got a table next to the window but we could still see the Grand Canyon.

The worst food I’ve ever had — even a random roadside diner would taste better.
The only question I have is how can such a beautiful location serve something that I wouldn’t even call food? It was just disgusting slop that’s impossible to eat. Reheated, clearly old frozen meals — and they charge $27 for that. That’s what you get here. Honestly, you’d be much happier just stopping at a Subway on the way to the Grand Canyon — at least there you’ll actually enjoy your meal.

As for the service — that’s a whole separate disaster.
We stood at the entrance for about 15 minutes while no one was at the front desk, and at least four servers passed us by without even saying “hello.” There were seven more people waiting for a table on the stairs, just like us, completely ignored. Then with a rude face the person from front desk with long hair finally gave us a table .

When the food finally arrived, they didn’t even bring utensils. I get that what they served wasn’t exactly “food,” but still — eating chicken and potatoes with your hands isn’t ideal. After we asked, they finally brought utensils… but only for my husband. Then the waiter actually asked if I needed them too — for chicken and potatoes! Absolutely ridiculous. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED

We visited for the Sky View experience. While the restaurant and the food were just okay, I am writing this review specifically because of Jesús. The warmth and service we received from him were excellent—truly some of the best service we have ever had in our lives. I would come back just to say hello to him. Thank you, Jesús!”

Really great vibes. The food was average ski lodge food. Pretty good burger and mac and cheese. We got there right at opening and scored an awesome table right next to the window of Eagle Rock. The service was super attentive and really good. It was a little pricey, but it has a good demand and gets busy, so definitely worth it if you plan on spending some time.

During our visit to Sky View Restaurant at Eagle Point, we were really looking forward to grabbing a meal after a long drive. Since this is the only dining option at Eagle Point, we expected at least a welcoming and professional experience. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case.

From the moment we arrived, the young hostess and our assigned waitress were noticeably rude and unwelcoming. Their tone, body language, and overall attitude made us feel like we were inconveniencing them simply by being there. After ordering, I was served a lemonade that tasted disgusting and was brought in a visibly dirty glass with stains on it. That was enough for me to do something I’ve never done before, cancel my food order and just pay for the drink.

I do want to recognize that another waitress who helped process the cancellation was kind and professional, and I appreciated her response. However, when my original server was informed, she rolled her eyes and gave me the dirtiest look.

The views at Eagle Point are breathtaking, but this was the worst service I’ve experienced at a restaurant. I sincerely hope management addresses these issues, because a destination this beautiful deserves far better hospitality.

The restaurant offers absolutely stunning views of the Grand Canyon — truly a once-in-a-lifetime dining backdrop. The atmosphere was amazing, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Our food came out quickly, which was appreciated after a long day of exploring.

That said, the food itself was very average — it tasted like basic frozen meals that had been reheated. Definitely not what you’d expect at the price point. You’re not getting a gourmet experience here, but it’s clear you’re mostly paying for the unbeatable view.

Overall, it’s worth it for the scenery and the experience, just don’t come expecting an exceptional meal.

We enjoyed the restaurant we are able to get 30% off on our food because we bought the full package for the skywalk. The Indian fried bread was fabulous. The salad everything was good. The view was unbelievable. They sat us down right next to the window. we could see people laying downon the glass on the skywalk taking pictures.

We weren’t expecting much for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. Steak burger was really good, the pasta salad tasted like how I made mine, the BBQ pulled pork sandwich was huge and very tasty and the Mac and cheese really hit the spot. We got a table by the window with incredible views. The staff was great!!

I’m giving only one star for the experience with the receptionist who sat us down at the table. Unfriendly, unsmiling, and rude. Her colleagues are obliged to correct her behavior… If this person is not fulfilled in her job, others exist! Very annoying, to travel 6000 km, and to be received in these conditions!
