Third time I’ve gone thru the drive thru and waited so incredibly long. People go to a drive-thru because they don’t have tons of time. I’m given a cookie to make up for it which I don’t want. I honestly never had a bad experience at Potbelly. They are always on point but finding a BIG bug (alive!!) in your food ain’t it. More than half way down I see it, unfortunately. I understand as a food environment they have to be extra careful and I don’t think this happen. I hope they can make a change and I don’t know if I’m able to be a customer anytime soon. (Yes, a customer care call is been made)

I placed an order for pickup about half an hour later. I arrived and waited for my order and another one for a friend. I ate the delicious pizza sub when I arrived to work and several hours later pulled my Cubano out of the bag and saw they crossed out the pulled pork and wrote “ran out.”. There was an opportunity to correct this on the spot since I was physically there in the store whether it was asking if I wanted another sandwich or a substitute for the pulled pork. I did their online survey and emailed the customer service email given to the Google reviews on here with no reply so am posting this here 4 days later.

Highly upset that in order to have enough chicken salad on your sandwich you have to pay for double meat. This is intentional so you will spend more money because if you don’t you are paying for a veggie sandwich.

Ordered through door dash which ain’t cheap. My mac n cheese looked and tasted like it was yesterday’s scraped from the bottom of the barrel. My sandwich was fine.

Pathetic — I do not recommend this location.
I used to come to Potbelly regularly, but stopped coming because they just do a terrible job on the basics. I had a taste for it today, and decided to see if they’ve improved . . . they have not. Look at the sandwich below. I don’t think you can call something a turkey sandwich if there’s only one TINY slice of Turkey.
Eating out costs a lot in 2023 — and I will not be spending any more money here.

That’s your response to the sandwich picture I posted? Just a form letter response . . . really? If this were my location I would be looking to make it right. You should be embarrassed to steal from customers like this. I ordered and paid for a sandwich, and I got one slice of turkey, a tiny piece of avocado, and 3 cucumbers . . . WTAF?
Also — please tell your employees to stop putting ICE COLD BOTTLES OF WATER in the same bag with HOT SANDWICHES. Seriously, do you guys even think about the customer’s experience . . . getting home with what you think is going to be hot food, but instead you have a lukewarm bottle of water and cold sandwich with one piece of meat?
Do better. And when you screw up this badly . . . make it right.

I love potbelly but how did I receive a cold sandwich? Why is it luke warm on the outside and the inside is cold. If the sandwich is throw into a conveyer belt opened to get warmed up how is the cheese still slices and not melted. I hateeeee ordering delivery but my car broke down and I had no choice.

As a former Potbelly employee, I am infuriated and deeply disappointed at the employees AND manager at this Westmont Potbelly location. I have been to this Westmont Potbelly location TWICE in 2 days… The first time I went was yesterday 8/4/2020 and I ordered a simple Chicken Salad sandwich through the Drive-Thru with a Coke to drink. I drove back to work to find out they FORGOT to add the CHICKEN SALAD to my sandwich and instead gave me a sandwich of just condiments. I called the store and the manager apologized and refunded me my money. I went again this afternoon 8/5/2020, this time I went INSIDE to order hoping yesterday was a fluke. There were NO customers inside, I was the only one there. I ordered the SAME EXACT sandwich and drink. I repeated my order TWICE. The woman working there repeated it back to me, she wrote my order on the bag and started to work on the sandwich. I walked to the register, paid and left. Knowing people make mistakes, I didn’t think I would have to stand in front of the employees and check my meal, but I should have because once AGAIN after getting to work to I checked my sandwich and they FORGOT TO ADD THE CHICKEN SALAD…AGAIN!!!!!!! I have been trying to call for the past 45 min (over 20 phone calls using 2 different phones) and all I keep getting is, “I’m sorry no one is available to take your call. Thank you for calling, goodbye”. This is beyond negligent and embarrassing! I do NOT want to go back there and waste MORE of MY TIME getting trying to get my money back for the SECOND TIME. Attached are pictures of what I am referring to.
