I have been disappointed by this specific location far more than once, it feels like everytime I come here after 7:30 in the morning they are out of plain bagels…. Is that not the most basic bagel on the menu? I would expect there to be a surplus of this one but they are consistently running out before most peoples days even start, it’s bizarre.

Stopped in to have dinner, I waited by the cash register for about 10 minutes, but nobody came up to the counter. Then I finally said hello is anybody there and I’m assuming the shift leader who was a female with a headset on said I’ll be there in a minute. She then went back into the kitchen area, where I guess people were just standing around talking because No orders being made. About three minutes later she came back out and grabbed a pastry and said I’ll be back in a minute. I waited another 10 minutes and she never came back. In the meantime, three employees came out front and looks like they were processing their employee meals through Their register and I asked them is anybody working in the front? They looked at me and said I don’t know. At this point I left but before leaving I told him I said your service here really sucks. I will not be back to this facility. They obviously have no customer service and do not care. This was a very bad experience.

Absolutely terrible service and food. Took me 30 minutes to get my sandwich when I was the ONLY person in line. And when I got my sandwich they butchered it horribly. I asked for a Tuna Salad Sandwich with NO TOMATO because I’m ALLERGIC and replace the tomato with Parmesan Cheese instead. Instead I got a sandwich with NO TUNA EXTRA TOMATO AGAIN OF WHICH I’M ALLERGIC TO TOMATO AND THE WRONG CHEESE!!! Do not waste your money here I could’ve had a serious allergic reaction had I not caught their screw up.

Not crowded at dinner. Fireplace was working. Made it nice. We were able to sit by the fireplace. It was noticeable no deserts, pastries, bagels or breads on the shelf or in display case. Had to use kiosk to order. I’m ok with that somewhat. Coffee was luke warm at best. Tried the new pepperoni baguette, French onion bowl. Baguette was decent. Needs a bit more sauce however. French onion soup was flavorful. Not hot enough though. Wife & me have not visited here for quite awhile. I’m not in any hurry to return.

I purchased the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad for carryout and when I got home and started eating it, I noticed 9 pieces of very old brown-on-the-edges lettuce not fit to serve customers. If I were making this salad myself, I would not serve my guests salad looking like this! I immediately called management and was told he had no control of the condition of the “romaine lettuce” and if I came on a different day, they would re-make the salad. Why should it matter what day it is??????? The salad should be fresh, end of story! I would not even serve my rabbits lettuce like this!

Waited in the drive thru line for more than 20 minutes. Watched two staff members throwing water at each other while another guy loaded bags. Kept pulling things out and looking at them like he had no clue what was what. Multiple bags were loaded before our order came out.

Ordered for pick-up. We were missing three items that we had paid for. The quality of the food was very poor. It looked as though someone had eaten half of my Bowl, put the lid back on and shook it all around. The receipt is proof that the order was not checked by anyone before going out as there was no name written in on the “order checked by” field of the receipt. The part that upsets me the most is that my order was the only order setting out to be picked up, and there were only three patrons in the restaurant when I picked up. It was clearly very slow.

This place has truly made my day turn for the worst. I place an order on their kiosk and wait close to 30-40 mins for my food for the cook to say sir are you waiting on an order? When you can clearly see my name on screen in the waiting area, and they say you have no order. I then show them my name on the screen and they still telling me I dont have an order. Then they ask for a receipt know darn well their kiosk does not print receipts. I miss my whole lunch hour and now have to go back to work hungry. No regard for people and they didnt even feel bad or try to find a way to compensate me. Just horrible experience never again
