I was planning on losing weight as my New Year’s resolution but that went out the window when I had breakfast here. I’m a breakfast burrito fiend and the breakfast burritos Primos serve are by far the best in Tucson.
For lunch and dinner they have plenty of traditional Mexican dishes that you can choose from and the carne asada is amazing! (I’ve eaten here, a lot)
All of the dishes have that home cooked taste that is so hard to find. The staff is very courteous and friendly and they make you feel at home. I recommend this place to everyone.

Food was decent. It was a bit strange as I came in during lunch on a Tuesday and there wasn’t a single customer there. No one else came in during the hour plus that I stayed. Food was decent. Service was fine.

Primos Mexican Food truly delivers authentic Mexican flavor. The food was fresh and full of traditional taste, and the staff was very attentive and welcoming. I ordered the enchiladas estilo Michoacán, and by far they were the best enchiladas I’ve ever had. You can really tell they put care into their recipes and service. Highly recommend if you’re looking for real Mexican food.

Place was clean and decor was cute! Yvette (sp?) was our waitress…she was attentive and observant. I ordered the torta and asked if I could have beans on it instead of meat. They were happy to comply and returned to ask if I wanted them to omit the cheese. Very thoughtful to ask, as I often forget to specify no meat or dairy. Fries were crispy outside and soft inside. All the food was hot when it came to our table. The best part is I didn’t need to wear a jacket to eat, the temperature was perfectly comfortable for myself and my husband.

First time here and let me tell you this place deserves more than just a 5 star review! My mom actually put me on and I was not disappointed! 10/10 The picture I will be sharing is a special order by request. The tacos we also had and not pictured were the best and the food was more than I anticipated.

The food was delicious though the Birria tacos could have used a little more salt/seasoning. The salsa had a good amount of spice! The Huarache was perfect and a good size for the price. We will definitely be back!

So, the decorations made me smile big time. They must really love the Grinch movie, I loved it. Without it the place could use a refresh but THE FOOD is what I loved most! Smelled terrific when I walked in…that’s important to me. Lizette was so friendly and real, she made me feel at home…everything was really great…thank you for a great lunch. I will return again with friends.
