I used to order a pizza every Thursday for lunch but today is the last time. Whenever I get it, it only has sauce in the very center of the pizza. And there’s about four inches of crust on the outside of the pizza. If I’m going to have pizza i want sauce to the edge. I understand having crust but that’s a bit much.

I made a pickup order I got the big dinner box and ordered the barbeque brisket pizza for one and the supreme for the other and garlic Parmesan boneless wings and cheese bread was looking forward to having pizza hut for dinner I picked it up I live in the next county so got home no wings and I have no idea what that pizza they gave me for the barbeque but all it was was a little cheese and a small amount of dry chicken on top of that no sauce what so ever on that pizza and the supreme wasn’t even cooked the whole pizza was doey wasn’t even cooked the cheese was barley melted on top I mean I just don’t understand these fast food restaurants anymore no one takes any kind of pride in there work or for other people customers it’s a shame you can’t even order out food anymore because you have no idea what your going to get ..

Matthew was the nicest staff I have ever met.. I told him I wasn’t familiar with Boone and that I wasn’t familiar with any food spots in the area… Matthew was very calm cool and collected and told me he would personally guarantee that I would have the best pizza in Boone county or money back. After the first slice I thanked him for all of his hospitality and told him Pizza Hut will always be a go to for my family of 6. Espicially at the Pizza Hut in Boone county!

I ordered delivery and completed the order and paid them was called a few minutes later to be told there were “no drivers tonight. So we can change your order to pick up or cancel it” While the delivery charge and top were removed from my total no other discount was offered for the inconvenience.
When we picked up the food and took it home we were astounded it was pizza hut food. The crust looked like premade frozen crust, the chick n on the Chicken Bacon Ranch was chicken nuggets with one per pizza slice, barely any bacon. The other one we ordered (sausage and cup n char pepperoni) was also very sparsely topped. Very disappointing as this was a dinner for 6 adults after driving 6 hours to our rental house for our vacation weekend. Super unhappy. The girl at the counter was pleasant. She was very busy and looked to be alone working the front of the house.

This is a newer Pizza Hut (having been built to replace the old one that burned down) and my first visit to the store for dine-in with two of my female friends. We met there for a late lunch, decided on our order, and ordered on the Pizza Hut app. We enjoyed the salad bar, had access to the soda fountain for free refills we could get ourselves, and LOVED the paper dishware and plastic utensils that we had access to and could get ourselves, as well. These options made for quicker self-service and not having to wait for a server to bring us something more that we needed. And the food? Delicious as always!
