Ordered a plain turkey sandwich, the guy told me I could not get it toasted. Apparently its policy and they are not allowed to toast certain sandwiches. Odd but okay? Got home and this is what I got….its a plain turkey, so I understand its going to be a little thin…uh but come on. Ridiculous.

Ordered the #4 and did the unwich. I have had this sandwich several times at this location and other locations. This time there was very little turkey that I could not even taste it. I paid $9 for lettuce and mayo. I asked and was told that they weigh it and that’s all they put on there. It seems they are charging more for less meat now. Also could not get the mayo packets open so they gave us a plastic knife to open them, which did not work so had to figure something else out. Overall, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and food.

Last week order goes through this at 7:30 pm. They call and say they are closed for pick up . Today they are out of bread. At 7:45. Takes 5 days to get a refund from these people. Horrible customer service.

I ordered a veggie sub. Not only was the lady taking my order making the task more difficult than it should have been (I didn’t order anything complicated. A #11 with no tomatoes and a #6) but you guys really went all out on my guacamole. I mean, why even bother at this point? I didn’t even taste it. Thank you for my lettuce and mayo sandwich. Definitely worth $7.

They are so slow now when I used to work here we would have the sandwiches done before the car even got to the drive thru and I’ve been sitting here for Almost 10 minutes and for most other places that would be a reasonable amount of time to wait but not for Jimmy John’s. I’m just saying watching those kids make that sandwich in slow motion was just torture.
