Very disappointed with my order. I specifically ordered a chicken pizza, but it came with no chicken at all and barely any toppings. It looked and tasted nothing like what was advertised. For the price, this is unacceptable — definitely not ordering again unless quality improves.

Man, Dominos is always my go to for a large chain pizza place. It’s been awhile since I’ve had one, especially a delivered pizza. Dominos had a coupon for a gf pizza (a must since I have an allergy), it came quickly and Jeremy my delivery driver followed instructions. I opened my box— pizza was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Every slice even with toppings and sauce, crust done perfectly. Blessings on whoever put this pizza together. Job well done to the entire team!!!

Just horrible, the people taking the phone orders, on Saturday March 7th 2026, were rude, took down the wrong address for our kids birthday party, the people who answered did not care in anyway and were rude throughout the entire experience.
Our birthday party pizza showed up late, cold and the driver was rude and blamed the store people as well.
Very unsatisfied

This Dominos never disappoints. App is super easy to use for ordering and I love the tracker so I know when my pizza is ready. I always pick it up so I can’t speak on delivery. My food is always hot and fresh and staff is always friendly.

New York Style Cheese Pizza: Domino’s has its beginnings in 1960 when Michigan brothers Tom and James Monaghan purchased a small pizza restaurant chain called DomiNick’s. In 1965, an employee named Jim Kennedy suggested the name change to Domino’s. Following the new name was the creation of the company logo, which features a domino with three dots (representing the first three stores in 1965). My favorite styles of pizza generally involve a thick and chewy crust, but I’d heard good things about Domino’s New York Style Pizza. If you’re not a pizza aficionado, New York Style Pizza is defined by its ability to be folded in half to eat, making it convenient for those eating it on the go. The foldability is due to the thin crust, which is crispy on the edges, but soft and pliable in the center. Traditionally it’s made with tomato sauce and low-moisture mozzarella cheese, but I swapped out the tomato for a robust and flavorful Alfredo sauce. According to Domino’s, their dough is never frozen and thinly stretched by hand before being topped with sauce and a melty cheese blend of mozzarella and provolone. The pizza comes cut into six large slices, that are easily foldable and floppy. Although the thin crust is not my favorite (remember I like mine thick and chewy), it does have a nice buttery flavor. Lastly, on looks alone, I feared the layer of cheese would not be enough, but it was plenty cheesy when I chowed down on it. If NY Style Pizza is good enough for the heroes in a half shell (TMNT), then it’s good enough for me. Doughboy approved

Double charged for an order I never received. Called probably 17 times with no answer over the course of 30 minutes back to back. Still no answer ever. So I just don’t get my money back. Cool. Place is a joke.

I order from this dominos pretty frequently and it’s usually pretty good. But today. At 7:40pm I ordered a buffalo chicken and a cheese pizza that were made by the most spectacular pizza maker on earth. Shiz was bussin

I went there for a pickup order and upon arriving I was met with a locked, confused because it was still early in the evening I checked the opening times they were still open. I then waited a few minutes until an employee noticed me and hit a button to unlock the door. Then he told me he’d be with me in a second and his associate helped me. I didn’t receive my garlic sauce I was charged an extra dollar for, I also paid for extra pepperoni and there was very few pieces of pepperoni. The pizza was still really great which is the only making this not a one star visit. I really do hope if i ever do decide to order again it isn’t this strange and I get ripped off.

The person who they have infront running the place needs an adjustment of her attitude. This isn’t the first time she has an attitude for no reason and refuses customer service or refuses give out information on someone higher than her. So if anyone knows that information please send it my way.

My daughter loves Domino’s pizza but the last 2 times I have placed a order here at the Franklin Domino’s I have been getting this woman and she is very rude on the phone and in person. She wears a weave or wig and when she answers the the phone is disgusting and rude. Today I forgot to order the 2 sodas and when I asked to order the sodas she rolled her eyes and grubbled under her breathe. Valentines Day I had her as well. I order 4 Pepperoni and 4 Cheese and 4 Sausage and I didn’t even get any pepperoni she didn’t even add it to my recipe after I repeated my order after she asked me too….I had to call back Domino’s and reorder my Pepperoni Pizza all because she messed up. Someone needs to talk to her the way she treats her customers. The young man working their was completely amazing so very helpful.
