They are awesome here!! Does it sometimes take a few minutes to get through the drive thru, sure! But if you’re in that much of a hurry… make your coffee at home and hush! Haha

I love all Starbucks! I actually came by this one by chance. I guess the universe felt I needed to see the painted Muriel. Everytime I’m having a Rufff day I end up at this Starbucks! It made me cry. Who ever thought of that it was a marvelous idea.
Yes there’s always a wait time but the food I order is always very warm as well as my Quad Caramel Macchiato.
This is for all the people that work there. You are truly appreciated and thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for making the best Quad Caramel Macchiato! I enjoy it everytime .

Perhaps it’s just been the impact of the holidays, but my last three visits were all pretty terrible. The first was a drive-thru mobile order. The line was wrapped around the building and when I was stuck I saw my “Order Ready!” It took fifteen minutes to get to the window. The food was ice cold, missing a hot sauce packet, the frappe was melted. It also took the barista several minutes to even come to the window to greet me. Several days later, I figured I would just order in the drive thru. Still took fifteen minutes. Sandwich was falling apart (see picture). Barista seemed very upset that I requested a straw for my tea. Last time (and probably will the last time for a long time), I ordered inside. Two drinks. One was handed to me right away. I had to wait ten minutes for the other drink. The employees made several people wait for their orders while they prepped containers, talked about cleaning the blenders because they smelled (!!).

This restaurant frequently gets orders wrong, and each time, I’ve noticed they throw away the incorrectly made item instead of offering it to the customer while they prepare the correct order. It’s frustrating to see so much unnecessary waste when a simple solution could improve the customer experience. I can’t personally drink 2 drinks, but I could offer that drink to someone else (and not the trash can). And even if I tell this to the barista, she still throws it away. A small gesture like letting the customer keep the 1st beverage would reduce waste and create a more positive experience.

Seems like getting quality food/drinks here is a gamble. Nice staff but the quality of everything else Is inconsistent. Waited in line 30 min but I got to the window it looked like my drink had been sitting for an hour. Also it was pretty much all espresso no milk. I also did not get a receipt like I normally would because mobile ordering was down.

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks in the area to visit. It’s my daily bit of comfort as a busy SAHM! There’s nothing like having a coffee and being greeted with smiling faces that actually try to build a friendly rapport on a daily basis. The manager Kelsey leads with kindness and the staff follows suit. Andy, Mimi, Katie, Niy, Deanna, Denim and really everyone I have encountered have been phenomenal! My only criticism is that they are a smaller store and get slammed… but I’ve never seen them fold under pressure! Great job guys!!!

I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch it was awesome. They were out of the Carmel ribbon crunch, they substituted another crunch and it was fantastic. Denim made my frap just as ordered with extra Carmel , xtra syrup and Carmel crunch mixed in side, to get a crunch in every sip. Barista Denim was awesome in making sure, I got just what I ordered. Big shout out to Carrie the host excellent customer service. 5 stars to Kelsey the manger for having an awesome staff with good customer service. Percell ❤️

I ordered a tall hot chocolate and this what I got. They aren’t filling their cups so always check. They want the money but cheat you on the product. The manager is going to give me a free one as they should. Just frustrating

Is something different about this Starbucks than others? I’m new to Wendell and was excited to have a Starbucks. The wait times are unreal. I tried going a few times and even tried ordering mobile. But you still have to wait in the line unless you feel like going inside. When I ordered from home and went inside my drink still wasn’t ready. Sometime I have to catch myself wanting to go and will go to McDonald’s instead because I don’t want to wait around 30 minutes for a drink.
