Super cute cafe. They offer a wide variety of items and all the prices are really really good! I’m definitely going back! It’s definitely worth it.

A little hidden treasure with amazing food! Our second time at Cafezinho and it did not disappoint! Both hot and cold beverages were great – Canelinha is my favorite and hubby likes the Brazilian Tea Matte Leao. Food was incredible – Arepa Pepiada, Bom Dia Sandwich and Ham and Cheese Arepa were all delicious. Portions are ample – you won’t walk away hungry. Staff also friendly. Definitely a new favorite!!

I decided to go here for breakfast this morning before heading to work. I have always wanted to try it and the menu looked appetizing. When I got inside, ordered quickly took then my manager telling them I will be 10 minutes late to give the lady time for the order. I only ordered a smoothie and those cheese balls.
I sat down and waited patiently but as minutes went by so did my patience. There were two customers who came in and she completed the orders fast. Mine and another couples were still waiting. She got couples drinks out but I still didn’t have my smoothie.
At this point, 10 minutes go by and my manager calls. I tell her I am on my way. I am frustrated and hungry, the lady is just opening a bag of fruit to start my smoothie. I tell her ” don’t bother “. And I walked out. This really frustrating especially since I am an educator and work with little ones. I spent the day with nothing in my stomach and money wasted on an order I never received. So sad, I will not be returning.

This place is a GEM. I stop in with my wife every chance I get. When we first discovered them I was going every Saturday (because it’s a bit of a drive from, but absolutely worth it). The food is delicious and all of their sandwiches are phenomenal. The coffee is on point (and I’m critical of coffee). However, I started ordering more cappuccinos . The service is great, I think it might be family owned and run. It’s always a great experience whom ever is there. And I personally love the atmosphere. My wife and I sit drink or coffee, eat, and just talk. It a special place. I definitely recommend that you check them out.

I wanted a coffee after dropping my son at soccer. Not too familiar with the area but found this place had good reviews. I had the açaí bowl. It was great! Next time I need to try the arepas as they were making them fresh on the spot. Nice and friendly service. Clean eating area. Washroom is clean. They have fresh juice to order as well.

This is the fourth time I have come to this place. I kept coming back because the food is pretty good. I am not Brazilian nor Venezuelan, so what may be good food to me, may not necessarily be good food to a South American. This is definitely the last time I will be here as the customer service needs a lot of improvement. They had a lady working before, and she was much more efficient and polite. The one working now has an attitude, she doesn’t say thank you, and she’s not efficient. I placed my order the night before and when I got there I had to wait for it. She told me I could not cancel it as she was about to make my order. It defeats the purpose of pre-ordering. Customer service is a deal-breaker for me.

I love this place and theyre usually sooo good. As a venezuelan, i was so happy that a place near me finally has arepas, not just that but my favorite- reina pepiada. I just got it and was so excited to eat it. When i opened it up i was a little bit shocked as it looked totally yellow (it is an avocado cream chicken salad arepa??). When i took a bite i realized that it was doused in mustard for some reason????? As a venezuelan, ive never heard of mustard in a reina pepiada arepa. Just odd. I know avocados are expensive so im not sure if its a way to cut costs, but as someone who isnt a huge fan of mustard, i couldnt eat it. Everything else was good but i guess now i know not to order that arepa again

Not even close to an authentic Brazilian experience. Menu is limited. The shelves are emptied. There is no cake or pastries available.
I ordered a chicken coxinha, received a meat one. I ordered a chicken zeppa and received a salad one. The server brought another coxinha.
I wanted to support the small business but it was disappointing. I do not recommend,

The Acai bowl was great. Nice that its down the street I don’t have to drive to Libertyville now. The beef Aracepa was good though a lil too much cheese for me. The chicken one was good also although I wasn’t completely sure what the sauce was.
