My brother in law has been in the hospital for 2 days with food poisoning! He ordered the Ham sub Tuesday 2/24/26. About an hour later he became violently ill! He has vomited so much he has low iron, potassium and severely dehydrated! This is unacceptable!! Once he gets out the hospital he will contact management/owner.

Just one minus point: the airconditioning was trying to get inside as cold as outside that is okay when wearing a coat and a sweater but not wearing a short sleeve shirt.

I came to the Subway Sandwich Shop on February 21, 2026 at 7:10 pm. There were 2 workers on shift. Unfortunately, one of the ladies was fixing sandwiches and the other coworker didn’t help her to finish the previous order. And she was on the telephone. I stood in line for approximately 15 minutes before someone asked for my order. After she got off the phone her reply was ” I’m on the phone doing manager stuff!” So I ask you what’s more important talking to someone on the phone being lazy or helping your coworker get the job done?

Normal Subway attached to a gas station. Employees were nice but food was mediocre and overpriced. They were out of a few ingredients in which made ordering kind of slim picking. Price of my 6″ pepperoni sub was 7.40 the sub way I usually go to has them for 3.50 I dont know jus seemed steep. Anyways it was nice and clean.

Why managers would have an attitude with customers and their staff is ridiculous!! Had to wait about 40 mins for them to unload a small truck and asked about my mobile order to be told I have to wait then I tried to ask for a cookie for my son and manager asked me where is my food? I told her that the employees told me to wait and she got rude with the other employees yelling at them to make my food now. The sandwiches where skimmed on purpose and makes me not even want subway ever again!

The employee had a very dry attitude. I asked for a Philly with chicken not steak. You can’t see the meat and cheese that’s being used due to the cover, and the way the sandwich was turnt I seen no meat at all…. But I’m thinking it’s chicken I just can’t see over the bread, I get a few onions pieces and barely any peppers. I get in my car to continue my route and bite into nothing but bread the first few bites. This employee isn’t a small girl and I know for a fact when she makes her food her sandwiches are not skimpy like mine was. Overall terrible experience and waste of time & money.

I just left there. The service from yhis one particular worker is horrible. I came in to see what they had new. Sat down and was looking at my app to see if they had any deals and I guess the associate decided I was taking to long to order. Slams his gloves down and storms to the back of the store yelling ‘You gotta be kidding me” COMPLETELY RUDE! I eat from here 3-4 time a week. I promise you I will take my money else where. If this is how you allow your employees to treat a paying customer.
