I went through drive through and the lady with longer blonde hair & dangly nose ring who took and gave me my order was outstanding! Quick, friendly, and very helpful. There seemed to be a lot going on inside the tacobell, however she got me my order in a respectable amount of time. I think her tag read Mya, but I could be wrong!

I had a encounter Saturday January 7th at 11:30pm the staff were not trying to take any orders. Then incredibly rude and disrespectful about making these door dash orders. Didn’t seal the bags for the customers. Please fire them they are giving this location a bad reputation.

Made us wait for another doordash order for over 20 minutes while her and the other employees sitting around doing nothing.i was watching the order sit there on the counter the whole time while the doors were locked.
I will be contacting the general managers early in the morning to see if they resolve this situation..

Never again am I coming to this Taco Bell.
Managers need to do better when hiring employees.
I pulled up to the window to pay and pick up food, the woman working the cash register looked absolutely sickening.
Her ears were rotting, dry and crusty, NO GLOVES .
Made me sick to my stomach.
I didn’t touch the food and threw it out at the nearest trash can.
Waste of money.
Taco Bell, please hire clean and professional employees. Makes me cringe just thinking about it

7/10/24 Update: Ended up stopping and trying again against our better judgement…. Haven’t even opened our tacos yet…. But found this hair in our nacho fries that were ICE COLD, worse than last time. Honestly scared to open my taco now. This is disgusting! Apparently my original review has not reached management because hair nets! Edited again to add today’s photos of my Cantina Crispy Chicken Tacos….. This is absolutely ridiculous!
This place would get zero stars if I could. When it first opened it was great. A spot my husband and I would hit once a week on our way home from work. But since then it’s done nothing but go downhill fast. Today was the breaking point where we will drive out of our way to go to a different one. We went through the drive through which, was slow but whatever. We ordered a large nacho fry, two cantina chicken crispy tacos, a bean burrito, and a cheesy gordita. The fries were cold and mushy and we didn’t get the avocado salsa, so we went in. There were three others ahead of us all complaining and one even stated “if I still had the general manager’s phone number I’d be calling”. At least two of the three girls working had long hair which was not in a hair net or up. One was walking around on her phone. When it was our turn, we got the sauce and “new” nacho fries which the employee promptly dumped upside down in a bag and handed it to us. Nothing but disdain for the customers they were serving could be felt, like we were a bother to them. The food…. Well let’s say one of the avocado salsas was bad and smelled when I opened it. One of the cantina chicken crispy tacos had no chicken on it, you could see through the taco. Needless to say we won’t be back. The unsanitary condition and lack of care from the employees, I don’t want them making my food. Hopefully management sees this and can make it better in the future.

So me, my mom, and my sister went to this Taco Bell, when we were ordering through the drive thru, she told us to take our time but my sister was thinking what to order the worker said “I’m I gonna make this or what. You have been in line for 2 minutes”. Like you said take your time. Never coming back here again.

For a while we were so excited for tb to return to nt….was great the opening week and has gone downhill ever since until hitting the absolute last trap door of rock bottom customer service and food quality tonight.
