Almost no chicken on the overpriced chicken caesar salad. My wine was ok.

Crowded, loud, typically airport people just sitting not eating. Food was meh, smallest wings I’ve ever seen! More like chick wings than chicken wings……
Chicken Caesar salad was dry, thank god for dressing or you wouldn’t have been able to swallow the chicken.
Order from an app and then the food and drinks appear.
If this was in an airport with a captive audience it wouldn’t survive, maybe in a tourist spot where repeat clients aren’t needed.
Pricey for the portions.

It is one of those scan at your table places which is fine. I scanned and it said I needed to see a waiter. I found a waiter and told him I needed to order a french fry. He went to his Register and did something and walked away. I went to my table and he never came back. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting on one french fry. I approached him and he said oh I opened up your table so you could order, but you never ordered anything. If I was him, I would’ve came to the table and explained that the person needed to order from the table. None of that happened so I walked away. On top of that when I first walked in, there was nobody around because he was around the corner on his phone.

The food + drinks is already expensive as it is … I went back to the restaurant to get a second drink because I enjoyed my first time so much … I freaking got checked about not leaving a tip !!!! By the bartender like really …. What establishment does this ? I spent my hard earned money at a place I can go back whenever I want and I’m NOT obligated to leave a tip !!! What service are yall really doing to go out of your way ? You scan a QR code and basically I just get served. There is no personal interaction there is nothing …. If you know your job depends on tips that’s no one else’s fault !!! I walked straight out of the restaurant and on god James river grill will never have to worry about me or my money again ! They don’t value you as a customer you just another check babes.

The bartender was great. She offered me a shot with my beer so she gets five stars! The fries were good because they were hot but they didn’t have any seasoning. They close at 7:15-7:30, so that’s a bummer but it is what it is. It’s not a super busy airport so it’s understandable.

I will never go to this restaurant again. The ordering system is horrible. The QR code Scanning did not work and we had to verbally tell our bartender what we wanted not knowing that the prices were exuberant! I have never paid $20 for a bloody Mary. Outrageous price gouging.

Calamari is fresh. Fried chicken salad is great with Tabasco sauce. Freshness is awesome. Portion is large that reflects on the price.

$28 for Philly Cheesesteak, Fies, and bottle of water….it tastes very medicore and barely had any actual cheesesteak(meat on it). Service was slow and below average considering its basically fast food. Not good save your money. This is the first review for food I ever left…it was that bad.

Got the classic flatbread and the battered cod. The flatbread is single served and on pita bread so keep that in mind. The fries that come with the cod were bland and not great but the cod was good. The coleslaw that came with the cod was surprisingly good and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t like coleslaw. Spent 50$ for 2 of us.
