Service was wonderful. Ham and cheese hoagie not so. It was more lettuce and onions. I’ve never received a hoagie from primos like this. Makes me wonder if this is going to be a recurring thing because I’d rather not spend that amount of $ on a roll, lettuce, tomato and onion with a couple pieces of cheese and a few slices of ham. Most disappointing hoagie ever from here. Wish I’d have taken a photo.

I love Primos. However this location, not so much. I ordered my sandwiches and asked for the bread to be saturated with red vinegar. My sandwich had none. I had to pay $1.00 for their to go vinegars. The lady behind the counter gave me an attitude about it. Really. Make the sandwich the way the customer asks.

I ordered an Italian hoagie from this shop and unfortunately had a really bad experience. The onions tasted sour, almost like they had been sitting around too long,very mushy and slimy, but at first I thought maybe it was just me. After eating the hoagie with my child, we both ended up sick and had to spend time in the bathroom. I considered calling the shop to let them know, but I didn’t want it to seem like I was just trying to get something for free. Instead, I’m sharing my experience here so others are aware and so hopefully the shop can pay closer attention to the freshness of their ingredients.

Primo Hoagies are well put together sandwiches. They have a good selection of Hoagies and sides to go. A little pricey, but in the end its a good sandwich, and good quality meats, way better then anything you would get at a fast food chain sandwich place.

I live in Marlton and have been a loyal customer for many years now. I have always been unhappy with the freshness of their bread it is always hard! I gave the Moorestown location a try to day and 5 start service, food…soft bread etc.! It’s worth the drive!!!

Got a hoagie today and it had very little meat in it. This is not the first time and as others have said, they are often very dry and the bread is hit or miss. This location has fallen off. Will not be going back.

Good sandwich, stupid high prices for a half a sub and I asked them to cut it half which as usual…. They did not. I once ordered a whole sandwich there which is about 18″ long and they didn’t cut it. I hate going there because of their refusal to cut, but i will eat them 2 or 3x a year. Thank you for not cutting it as makes it easier to cut down on that #. And to top it off, when paying they try to hit you up for a tip. Maybe if you worried about getting the order right or a half sub didnt cost $15. Ouch! Maybe stop their once every year or three from now on

Could not rave more about this location!!! I came in for a last minute tray for my salon & my order was made right in front of me by the owner. Staff was super friendly & accommodating. The sandwiches didn’t last a second at the salon everyone was LOVING the Italian hoagie. Can’t wait to go back and get a whole sandwich to myself! Definitely recommend for all your catering needs!

Very disappointed. The last three times I’ve asked for extra oil and vinegar on my sandwich. Today I asked them to put oil and vinegar on the roll and on the finished sandwich and got neither. The sandwich was totally dry !!
I’m done going there. Either the one making the sandwich is not reading the slip or they’re just in a hurry.
