The food was amazing. The service was amazing. The salsa was amazing. I love this place now will be my spot for any Mexican food. We ate all our food it was that good. I have zero complaint whatsoever. The food came to us fast and hot. The food was worth the money. I’m willing to pay for good food.

The food was decent, just like any other restaurant but the price is much higher. That, or we just ended up getting overcharged. We just got 2 plates of costillas en salsa, with 3 Mexican cokes and it came out to $75. Then they started treating us different once they realized my husband didn’t speak Spanish. I speak Spanish but my husband doesn’t, and they mean mugged him, and I knew the reason was because he only spoke English. I knew this because the lady that was serving us started asking why he didn’t speak Spanish, and just wouldn’t stop.. like why would that even matter if he doesn’t speak it? I just got bad vibes after that. They were nice at first, but after a while they were just being rude.

It’s my favorite tiny restaurant with authentic Mexican food. Free Fideo Soup at lunch. I always break up the tortilla chips and drop these in the soup, then add their spicy salsa. For lunch, I have their beef stew (guiso de res)… with double rice. Beans are made and cooked with regular oil and not pork lard. Owners are sweet and are almost always around. Great customer service. 4 booths, 4 small tables, 1 4-top and 1 6-top tables available.

I tried this place because it has a lot of good reviews. I don’t know what food they had, but the chicken enchiladas are disgusting. The salad was wet and made the enchiladas soggy. No flavor on any of the food. Glad I checked it out, but I will not be back.

So we walked in and got our table. When the waitress finally came out she brought two little bowls of fideos, this was differnent and good. There was a menu on the wall no prices. My wife asked for 2 eggs, I asked for scrambled eggs. Beans was I supposed to be refried but it was mashed beans. Tortilla was store bought . Nothing special regular. At checkout we were trying to figure out how the bill came out to 38 dolllars. Total for each plate of food with coffee was $18. In my case I got scrambled eggs, seems the tomato or bell pepper was not too fresh, and again the side was supposedly the refried beans.
