I’m giving this place a one-star review before I even taste the crust. In a neighborhood full of lackluster options, this place manages to stand out for all the wrong reasons. I tried to order a simple pepperoni pizza, and the app told me it would be a 45-minute wait for “fast” food.By the time I got it, the box was soggy and the cheese had the consistency of a rubber band. I’d rather take my chances with the cold chicken at KFC or the “earthquake burger” from McDonald’s than deal with this again. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Papa Johns across the street.

They make a damn good chicken Alfredo pizza and their pasta is the best pasta I’ve ever eaten in my entire life, and Ive been to many expensive resteraunts with good pasta. I usually order 3 and eat all of them. While sometimes the food can be late, usually on time. Service has always been regular. Just get your pizza and be happy bit not in a rude way type service. Like talking to a regular person on the street but also getting pizza from them. Atmosphere is not great. Kinda outdated and bland lighting, small place. Doesn’t really hurt me though. In my opinion, go here for the pasta, the pizza is good but optional.

Food was awesomely cooked, guys and girls were laughing and joking as if they were having a great time despite working over 50 hours this week. Fabulous crews working at the frontier suites in Juneau Alaska. They all deserve raises and a little bonus for these struggling times, and working so diligently to serve the customers with their best product, yet they were humming a happy tune and took true pride in what they were doing. Never delivers in a timely fashion. Even if you order 3 hours ahead of time, they will deliver it an hour late. Oh, and of course they forget your drink every time! What more could you ask for in a pizza chain???

1030 AM I Did a large lunch order online for staff lunch.
1100 AM called 5+ times to confirm. No answer.
1130 Went in person to confirm. Store staff were rude and had not started making my order yet.
1230 PM my order is now 30 minutes late. I called and they put my on hold for 15 minutes, then hung up.
1245 PM visited in person, and they said the order was at least 20 more minutes out.
1:10 PM the order is finnaly done but they don’t deliver it. I had to have it picked up in person.
1:15 orders arrives for 15+ people. Nothing is labeled, causing tons of confusion on what order is what.
Staff were rude. Food was extremely late. Food was cold and mediocre at best. Food was not delivered to the site, we had to pickup. Food was not labeled. Overall horrible experience. Will never order here again.

Ordered a couple pizzas 5:47 and my order was delivered at 8:07. It took the delivery driver over 1 1/2 hours to deliver pizza. When the order finally arrived, the pizza was cold. Tried to call the store and worker didn’t pick up the phone. Worst experience I’ve had with downtown dominoes. Customer service is terrible.
