I have never complained at a fast food place before but I felt this needed to be called out. I ordered online and our sandwiches were not heated, made incorrectly, and the cookie I received was expired by 2 months. The cookie expired in May and it is the end of July. I actually took a bite of this cookie before realizing when it tasted off. I have never once received expired food and am honestly really upset with my whole experience and seeing by the reviews I probably won’t be acknowledged and given a refund.

Order here and asked for a #2, no mayo, no tomato, add onion. No Onion, No cheese, which i thought was always there. Worker said “It comes with onion” no, it does not, and I even requested onion still. Still no Onion. Receipt says and all.Takes them forever to make a sandwich, and what you get is some of the saddest sandwiches. Didn’t even say hello. Rough jerk of a worker. NOT EVEN BUSY, not excuse for being mean. I was having a horrible day, but was just starting to get better, then these jerks ruined it. I have had better at this place like two years ago. Really downhill. DO NOT EAT HERE!

This is now the third time, second time in a row – within months of eachother that we order delivery and the store happens to be closed for some odd reason. Cant cancel order, cant get a hold of anyone. Food either never shows up or gets delivered later in the afternoon the next day. At least make it so we can cancel or not even put in the order if you’re going to randomly close all the time?!

I ordered on DoorDash and got a completely incorrect order. I called the store (because DoorDash said that the store handles all the orders and deliveries) and the “not really a manager, but in charge of this ship” offered a refund and to redeliver the order.
I felt good about the result.
…until it came, when we were delivered three sandwiches – we ordered two – and they were so messy. One looked like there was a hole in the bread. The other had the condiments all on the outside and black speckles on it.

Ordered a sub on the website an hour later later called the store because the tracker wasn’t available. Was told they dont have any drivers available so if a door dasher or Uber eats driver doesn’t pick it up she will just cancel my order and throw the sub. That is the most wasteful thing I have ever heard.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to the uptown jimmy johns. Last time I went, a couple years ago, I left because the two workers stared at me and never took my order after 5 minutes. But today, I felt like getting some sandwiches. I got a couple sandwiches and, firstly, the meat was puking out of the sandwich, which honestly, no biggie, I could just put it back in. I took a bite, and the bread is crunchy hard. There was barely any of the condiments the sandwich should come with. I ate the sandwich because I’m not pretentious and quite frankly hungry, but this was an awful waste of money.

Charges someone for what they order but can’t ever provide when people ask for the extras. Ordered a giant #4 no lettuce extra meat extra mayo add cheese no lettuce what do I get just meat not extra and mayo no cheese no tomatos charged for the extra meat and cheese that I never received. My husband states he was the only one in drive thru and it wasn’t busy and repeated the order 3 times . Ridiculous how hard is it to make a sandwich especially when for 2 sandwiches it’s 40$ and you guys don’t even add the extra shit we want but we still get charged for it

I love JJ’s. But this JJ took awhile to get sandwiches out the window, which o can deal with but I ordered a chicken bacon RANCH and they put horseradish sauce instead of ranch. Absolutely disgusting. Entire sandwich was drenched with horseradish.

Straight up thrift! When you order lunch through jimmy john’s website for delivery to your workplace and it’s delivered to the wrong workplace, Jimmy John’s is responsible for making sure of the delivery. Well, this location’s manager decides today. It’s not their decision, and they don’t need to find the lost food, they tell us to call Uber, because it’s uber’s fault, even though we didn’t use Uber, we used Jimmy John’s. Stay away from this location, reporting to the BBB for theft!
Update: The Genrel manager said they were going to refund and resend the order that was over 2 hrs ago! What a joke. Corporate can read 17 bucks is over priced once refuned we wont eat JJ again waisted way to
much time!

This store always has great friendly service. I have picked up at this Jimmy John’s location approximately 3 times in the last 5 months for lunch and always have a pleasant experience with staff. The issue is in the food. The bread is never soft. It ranges from firm to quite hard as it is today. That is what prompted my review. You can knock on the loaf and hear it. Not the same quality of food at all compared to the campus location. It is always disappointing as I don’t check my sandwich until I am back at my office. Shame on me for not checking but I would expect fresh bread, not at least 2 day old rocks.
