Patrick’s is a longstanding pillar of Southside, a smoky dive bar atmosphere packed with heart and soul. This place honestly captured my heart because the food was amazing and the people were so much more.
Sit at the bar, order a cheeseburger, and talk to the regulars about their lives. There really is no other place in Chesterfield like Patrick’s. I’ll be back soon and will post some food shots after.

Welcoming little bar restaurant. Friendly staff. Basic menu of burgers and sandwiches. Daily specials….it Could use a good cleaning. But overall good experience. Hoping to make time for Friday karaoke.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. We had the cheese burger. Was not ask how we wanted it cooked and they came out pretty close to raw in the middle. Fries were good. Smoking is allowed and some people don’t like that but if you grew up in the 60s and 70s like we did it was kind of like stepping back to our past.

Fabulous burger which came highly recommended by the bartender (wish I could remember her name). I see why she recommended the sandwich though, mighty tasty. Cooked to perfection juicy and topped with exactly what I ordered. The food was excellent and service well it made me feel right at home. Definitely a place to put on your list for many occasions.

Patrick’s is a local bar/ restaurant with good drinks and good food. Priced reasonably. My favorite lunch is either the wonderful club sandwich or the chicken tenders. But the cheeseburgers are great too. Owned and operated by very nice people! Only downfall is the building could use TLC.

This a very unassuming place. We drove right by it! (Storm took out the big sign. So, set your GPS.)
When we walked in, I was charmed by the nostalgia. Wait staff and owner, Chip were friendly and the food, service and prices were good. (The lemonade was strong! So we diluted it. And, I spiked mine with vodka. 😉
We had been driving all day and most places in the neighborhood were closed/closing. Patrick’s, fortunately for us, is open until 2am. For that, especially in VA, we’re grateful!!! <3
