What a terrible experience! We ordered through Uber Eats. The first thing on the list is Orange Chicken (as usual). However, it turns out that they have a “promotional” spicy Orange Chicken. And, it is ridiculously spicy, so unless you have an insanely high spice tolerance, that it is inedible. And, because they mix all their food together, it made most of the rest of the food inedible as well. We called the restaurant and they said they wouldn’t fix our order. The manager, Carolyn Beaman, was actually quite rude about it.

I recently visited the Panda Express location in Meridian, Idaho on Ten Mile & McMillan to pick up dinner for my family. This has always been my favorite location because of their fast service, consistently good food, and friendly staff. Everyone there genuinely seems to enjoy their job, and it creates a great atmosphere.
I ordered a Kung Pao Chicken bowl with chow mein, and it was absolutely delicious—just the right amount of spice and flavor. I also picked up two Beef and Broccoli bowls with chow mein for my family. While the broccoli was slightly overcooked and there wasn’t a lot of beef in the bowls, the overall flavor was still really good. I wish that I could have the opportunity to try this bowl again when it has more beef. Maybe management will give me a reason to try it again!
Despite that small issue, I’m happy with my visit and will definitely continue ordering from this location. Great job, Panda Express Meridian team!

This has to be the worst location- did they get the same recipe book??? The fried rice is never correct – it’s bland and the rice is basically white- the chow main also is highly under seasoned or sauced- the noodles are also almost white – they should look brown- I gave it 3 months in between visits and it’s just hasn’t improved- I’ve been eating panda for years- it’s usually pretty consistent!

The food LOOKS appetizing but honestly it’s trash. I remember PE used to be SO good and affordable, but it has become expensive and gross. I love Chinese food but PE just isn’t it. Not sure if they changed recipes or collectively stopped caring about quality, but truly all I taste from here is chemicals and artificial flavors. I won’t ever return, especially when there are take-out places where it costs the same amount of money for WAY better food.

Have ordered from this location multiple times and every time I do mobile they screw me over on one thing or another. This is the most egregious, I ordered broccoli beef and there is barely a table spoon of beef to 8 giant pieces of under cooked broccoli.
Tried to call to resolve it privately but it just rung out, no answer.
Best to try another location or avoid Panda in general due to quality issues.

Used the drive thru instead of going in and when I got home i found they completely left off one of my sides! This is the second time they have goofed up my order!!! I live a long ways away. When I tried calling the store no one ever answered.after six phone calls. Very upsetting. This place sucks!!
