HAIR EVERYWHERE
Came in 3/6/26 about 3:20pm. There was a blonde hair lady working the front register and getting pizza orders/drinks ready for customers. She had TONS OF HAIR ALL OVER HER BLACK JETS SHIRT. It was literally disgusting.
It was so bad I wanted to take a picture of her and post it here. It looked like she just finished playing with a dog or rolling around on someones carpet and came into work.
No one thought to ask her why does her Jets black shirt look so filthy. She needs a hair net on ASAP!
It didnt (seem) as though she was the cook so I said nothing about it.
But she’s grabbing pizza boxes out of the heat lamp oven box and opening box lids to see if the order is correct upon pickup.
Food is always on point here hence the 4 rating but that lady shirt hasn’t been washed in weeks. No way that much hair got there in one shift. Shoulder, Chest, just hair!

The employees are very friendly and quick. There’s usually not allot of customers in the store so you get quick attention as you enter. The pizza had been very good and I look forward to going back often!

Ordered a 4 corner deep dish and it was ready earlier than the phone bot said which was great. I walked into, paid and the very nice gentleman said I’m checking on the pizza now and it was ready. It’s was fresh and hot.

I got the round Hawaiian pizza and it was amazing. The crust is, in my opinion, the hardest part to perfect based on how many bad crusts I’ve had and at Jets, it was delicious. The workers were so kind and made me feel at home. 10/10!

I was at a function serving 60 people dinner. We discovered that when the advanced order was placed for delivery that it was for the wrong date. The Jets manager was wonderful. He was able to switch the order date and had it delivered in 45 minutes.

Husband just went to picked up our order and these are the burnt boneless chicken wings he was given. this is the second time it’s happened).When he said something to the manager he was told, “ this is the way we are told to cook them”. When he asked for a picture of them to show the owner some kid behind the counter said no. Then he got approval from the manager to get the pic. Cannot wait for Primos to re-open!!!!

Ordered some slices and bread through doordash and expected sub par quality as I always do with doordash. Longerdelivery times mean colder food that’s just science and I have no problem with that. HOWEVER. Even through doordash this food was hot, fresh and delicious. By far the best Jets I’ve ever had and I am SHOCKED by that honestly. Never going to the Berkley location again because THIS? This is where it’s at.

Jets has surpassed my love of Buddys Pizza. While Jets has no dine in options the quality hasn’t diminished. I must say I love their crust, it always feels very fresh and bready. I really enjoy the crispy taste.

After waiting over an hour and a half for my pizza I called the shop and the kid who answered the phone said fun things to me like “I donno, what do you want me to do about it” and “ I donno, I’m not in the car with the driver.” So unbelievably rude. Then the pizza was cold when it finally arrived. Customer service has really tanked.
