The hot n ready pizza had no sauce and was half raw and the chicken wings were good but not Buffalo like I asked. The cashier lady was rude and no personality. It wasn’t busy and she was acting as if she was being bothered by getting our food and taking our order. I don’t recommend this place at all. Avoid unless u want yucky raw pizza with no sauce

Seems lately everytime I go to order classic pepperoni there is always a 15min wait. It’s supposed to be hot’ n ready. Instead there’s always more most bestest. Which why would you make all those to only try and upsell $0.80. Everyone don’t have time to wait so you say give it to me. But, yesterday I asked for classic, cashier got the pizza out of warmer; then said “you said classic, we only have most bestest.” I could feel the lie coming out her mouth. But I need food for my son and had to get back to work. I will never be going back to this one even though it’s closer, don’t like the feeling of being scammed. Took a picture definitely classic. Do right by your customers.

I ordered an extra most bestest pizza which obviously comes extra pepperoni all over the pizza as it is advertised. Instead I got a pizza with portions of it with no pepperoni and when I brought it to the attention of the person who took my order he replied and said the pepperoni was under the cheese which was a lie! I will not be a repeat customer as this was my first time visiting this store.

Dear little ceasers, I ordered 2 of the extra most bestest pepperoni pizza boxes from this location online. My family has become very sick from food poisoning after this meal which has followed days after. Please maintenance this location as I would like to call health inspectors. I , whom is 30 weeks pregnant and my two younger children are very sick. This is VERY dangerous for women whom are carrying and young children. I dont know it we were given old pizza , or if the pizza was contaminated. PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS.

I’m a loyal customer and have always enjoyed your food—especially the return of the pretzel crust, which I was thrilled to see back on the menu. However, I wanted to share a disappointing experience I had on April 20, 2025, at your 1225 45th St, West Palm Beach, FL 33407 location.
When I arrived to pick up my online order, I walked into the store and was not greeted. I had to initiate the interaction to receive my order, while the employees at the front were wearing headphones and looking at their phones. It wasn’t until an employee working in the back stepped in and told me someone would be with me that I got any sort of acknowledgment. This is not the level of service I’m used to from Little Caesars.
When I arrived home, I discovered that the quality of my pizza was subpar. I ordered the pretzel crust pizza, but instead received a dried-out pizza made with regular crust. I called the store to speak with a manager, but the person who answered said there was no manager or shift lead present—something I found very surprising, as I believe management should be on-site to help resolve issues like this.
This experience fell short of the quality and service I’ve come to expect, especially compared to other Little Caesars locations in my area that have always been great. I’d appreciate it if this issue could be addressed and look forward to a resolution.

Always been much better than the Northlake spot…
They must have changed mangers or new employees or etc…
