I visited in Autumn 2024 for breakfast, eating in to have a small hot original coffee and breakfast croissant with sausage, cheese and egg. Servers were very welcoming, engaging and polite to everyone visiting. They quickly turned my order around to a high standard. And, the restaurant was exceptionally clean.

Good Morning Everyone, STICKSHIFT MARTIN here. Heading to Dunkin’ with my Right Hand Man, MARTIN SMASHERGAS who is actually left handed, I know that doesn’t make any sense. Something else that doesn’t make sense is pork and sauerkraut on New Year’s Day. We both love pork it’s the sauerkraut, we can live without. So start the New Year out right, don’t wait in line, place your order on the Dunkin’ App, It’s FAST…!!! Just placed our order, 2 large coffees, cream and sugar on the side. Plus 1 order of the Maple Bacon for me. And a box of Munchkins for the one and only Mr. Martin Smashergas…

There is a procedure on washing hands posted in the bathroom. However the bathroom has no paper towels, so the procedure can not be followed

Hopefully you’re not in a hurry because if you are don’t go to this Dunkin. Everybody that works there doesn’t work on any orders but the call ins. Waited 30 minutes to get a damn cup of coffee.

They’re always busy, but they get orders out quickly. Coffee is always hot, and never had bad service there.

One of two things are going to happen if you order here.
Option 1. They won’t have your item available and will give you the choice of another item after you have paid or you can go to the back of the line and ask for a refund.
Option 2. You order everything seems fine and you trust that the coffee you ordered, the bagels and doughnuts you orders are all in the bags and correct because the person behind the counter repeated your order or you have places it yourself online. Plus it’s what the people that work here all day do. We’ll don’t be shocked to find whatever they felt like putting in the bag because noone wanted to tell someone that they were out of something and if they didn’t take a substitute it’s yhe back of the line while everything else that was already made starts to get cold.
If it sounds like I’m not happy with this place it’s because I am. I want to go here instead of crazy busy one by the Verizon store. This team of misfits can’t figure it out. Forget asking for a manager they don’t exist. Also not available by phone and Noone knows when they will be there. Not surprised really it’s been the same issue here for years.
Fire everyone and start over. Something is causing this slow dunkin to mess up orders on a consistent basis. Yet the one in Dallas has cars wrapped around the building and the get the order right everytime.

Used the app & skipped the long line. They were out of glazed. Coffee was hot & fresh. just not stirred. I think it’s all Dunkin tho. I couldn’t finish since it was too sweet & Carmel was at the bottom. Customer service was great. No complaints. I stopped in the store that’s attached as I hear the soup is very good. Give it a try.
