Very dirty…. Lettuce was brown, I asked for more lettuce and she told me she couldn’t pull it out until lettuce on line finished.. I went right down the street to the other Subway and got a fresh sandwich. I asked there if the lettuce was brown and I asked for more lettuce, what’s the procedure and the young man answered, he would get me more. Therefore I won’t be visiting this Subway… plus it always smell bad.. clean up please

HORRIBLE service! Placed an online order thru the subway app for delivery I NEVER received my order called Subway and the manager said I had to call DoorDash I called DoorDash and they obviously cannot give me much information due to me not placing the order on their app. I called Subway again and the manager says they do not have a delivery option on their app and that I placed the order thru DoorDash I went to the store to show him I placed the order thru their app he then said well either way we will NOT refund you only customer care can refund you. Needless to say I ended up with no food and out $40. The manager and the other associate who would not address me directly kept speaking a different language and were more concerned about the driver who picked up the order not speaking English. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE ONLINE!

This location sucks. Period. Twice we have tried to place an order online, received a confirmation and get told at the restaurant that they never received it, but they sure as hell took the money! Avoid at all costs. You’re better off going to Walmart and getting the ingredients to make your own.

Twice I have tried ordering online. My orders did not go through, but I sure was charged. Called multiple times, but no answer. When I went in to see what happened, they had no idea and couldn’t do anything. Would not refund me or make me the sandwich I paid for. Will have to just dispute the charge.

I’ve been here maybe 3 times before for lunch. I went today with my coupon and the lady at the cashiers waited until I put the coupon under the machine for her to tell me SHE no longer accepts coupons anymore. Huh? I guess its the right of the individual store, but make it known before I order or enter the premises. I could have ordered something else less expensive. It felt like she thought I was somebody else that gave her problems before. I was professional in my exchange but it rubbed me the wrong way. I don’t plan to return.

Ordered online for curbside pick up because it is offered online/in the app and took about 30 minutes to receive my food. When I did the worker was very rude and said they do not do curbside and next time we have to go inside to pick up. Very unprofessional, if it is not an option then why offer it.

I’ve been ordering online for the past couple of days and I must say I absolutely love this subway!!! Nice and friendly staff and my sandwich is always ON POINT!!!! I highly recommend this subway location.
