I ordered five large pizzas from Domino’s. I asked for clean cut. . On my pizzas there was bacon on there. Mind you I’m Muslim and I’m not allowed to eat pork. When I called the store, they were very nonchalant and were irritated when I called. They told me to relax and wanted to send me a new pizza, but I don’t want their pork filled pizza. I wanted a sincere apology.

I placed my order at 9:00 A.M. for pickup at 6:00 P.M. I arrived a few minutes early and the lady asked me what time I placed the order. I told her and they started my order. Took until about 6:10 to get it which wasn’t too bad. The pizza was good and they offered me a free drink as compensation. We tried the new cheeseburger and chicken taco pizzas. Overall not bad, but I don’t see why it matters what time I place the order.

I ordered pizza for my class for a holiday celebration. As I took a bite of my slice half way through I bit in to some hard. After spitting it out, in trying to figure out what it was I tried poking it with a thumb tack. I could not penetrate it or break it apart. I called the store and After waiting 30 min for someone to answer, the on duty manager, Anthony answered. He was of ZERO help. He said he couldn’t explain how it happened. I explained I didn’t really care how it happened, I wanted to know the remedy. He told me to hold on to the item overnight and call back tomorrow when the general manager would be there. He didn’t take my name, look up more order or even offer to send out a replacement. I’m just thankful it was me and not one of my students.

This Dominoes location is phenomenal! The pizza is always quickly prepared and ready and all my large orders that I place in advance are always timed perfectly! Farhad and team make this location feel like you are family and known. Farhad invited my kids to a special “create your own pizzas” time and they have been raving about it ever since. It reminds me of the time when I was a kid and did that as a field trip. Since Covid, I had accepted those sorts of fun experiences and behind the scenes with businesses would never happen again. After the tour and pizza making it pleased me so much to see the kids washing their hands to the birthday song and doing it “three times” like the workers do. Great hygiene and care for all of our health! This is my go to for pizza as long as I live here. Thank you so much ♥️. The Shealys

If I could give negative stars to this place, I would. My review isnt based on the quality of the pizza coz I didn’t even get the pizza. But my review is based primarily on the service. I ordered a pizza online and asked my husband to pick it up as he was going to be in the area. I made the mistake of not providing my order # to my husband, but you would think that the store would be able to find out the order details based on the name. I mean help the customer out for crying out loud!! Apparently, this store does not believe in customer service. The guy named Farhad asked my husband for the name or order #. Since my husband didnt have the order #, he provided my first name and his own first name coz he wasnt sure what name I ordered it under. And the guy did not bother to look in the system, but instead pointed at the digital display for updates.. which did not have my name on it. So after a few minutes, my husband ended up leaving. Mind you, we live 30 mins away and were def not going to drive all the way back to ‘attempt’ to pick up the damn pizza again. And when I called the store, the guy named Farhad did not take any responsibility and insisted that it is not his responsibility to look up the orders in the system. I will definitely not be going to this store again and likely never be going to order from Dominoes ever again.

Domino’s? More like DomiYES! I understand that national chain pizza restaurant aren’t favorably looked upon, especially when most cities across the country have local pizza shops in abundance. Domino’s Pizza is one of these and my local restaurant consistently delivers on flavor and quality.
I’ve done both takeout and delivery, and have never had an error or mishap in any transaction with them. With regard to flavor and quality of the food, this spot always delivers on both accounts consistently. The ingredients are definitely fresh, and clearly cared for in the baking process, And delivered quickly in order to maintain maximum freshness.
If you’re ever in this neighborhood and looking for a reliably, delicious pizza, hit up this Domino’s Pizza.

I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience with this Domino’s location was so bad that I felt other customers—and corporate—need to know.
First, the delivery driver was extremely unprofessional. They showed up late, were rude and dismissive, and completely ignored the delivery instructions I clearly provided. It was obvious they had no interest in doing their job correctly or respectfully.
But what shocked me even more was the response from the store manager when I called to report the issue. Instead of listening or offering to resolve the situation, they were just as rude—if not worse. No apology. No accountability. Just complete disregard for customer service.
If you’re looking for good food and respectful service, I strongly suggest ordering from a different location. I’ve been a Domino’s customer for years, but this experience left a terrible impression.
Avoid this location.

I pass (4) different Dominos just to come to this one. Not all Dominos are the same. In my opinion, they make the thin crust bacon better than any other Dominos in the area. I have not tried anything else from there.
I read the other reviews here, and I cannot speak on delivery issues because I always choose carry out. Quality seems good though.

Fantastic staff—Farhad created a magical experience for my 3 kiddos where he set up a little pizza-making station at the front of the store and guided them through the process of hands-on making their own little mini pizzas, they can’t stop talking about how awesome that was! We have always been happy with the quality of pizza we get here, the staff has always given us great service, and my kids’ fun time making their own pizzas was the cherry on top, highest ratings from us!
