We love it here. You can tell it was an old iHOP but this place is much better. The service is good, overall. The food comes out pretty quick and it’s so tasty!

American breakfast/lunch cuisine. Server was super friendly and attentive. Very cozy and quaint place. No frills. It was not very busy and it seemed the food took a little longer than we expected. The only critique is the overall ambience. It was taken over from an IHOP so it would be nice to see some more personality on the walls.

We recently visited Flagler Restaurant in Homestead for breakfast as a group of four. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine friendliness. The atmosphere exudes classic American diner charm, reminiscent of the good old days, with its nostalgic decor and cozy seating.
Our breakfast choices were spot-on: the pancakes were fluffy and delicious, the full house omelet packed with ham, cheese, and a medley of fresh vegetables was satisfying, and the eggs Benedict topped with creamy hollandaise sauce were simply delightful.
While the service was friendly, we did notice a slight delay in receiving our meals. However, the quality and taste of the food made it worth the wait.

Usually go to this place but it went downhill. Got our order in at 10:52 AM and the oldish lady with short pink hair forgot our table and had to go up and find to remind her after 42 minutes of waiting. 2 tables who came after us were taken care of and finished before we got our meal. AT 11:47 AM is when we got the food. No water refills, never checked on and was only checked on by another server when she saw us without any water and asked if we needed any. She gave us the check and the original waitress did not come to our table after dropping the food off in a rush and didnt even drop the check.

The food is very good, the servers are all very nice . It’s difficult to get a refill on coffee, you need to catch a servers attention. The wait to get our breakfast was unexceptable. They only have 1 cook , it took 45 minutes to get 3 eggs over easy and a biscuit. 1 cheese omelet with rye toast .
They need another cook or additional help in the kitchen.

so delicious. blueberry pancakes were amazing and looks as pictured. we loved it. my mom barely finishes her plate, she cleaned it right up. even after eating half of my stack, it was still steaming hot. blueberries were fresh and juicy. beautiful place. first time here, will return with future trips!
