I’ve never seen a worse Waldo’s location on my entire life. The food sucked, the atmosphere sucked and the bartender who was eating when I arrived double charged me for a Chicken Scratch which was the only decent thing this restaurant had to offer, even though it was happy hour. I only wanted one and would have offered to give The second one to someone else anyways. The chicken itself was complete crap. Breading was terrible, meat was dry and the collard greens were bad as well. I’m actually embarrassed for these folks. Nasty, unprofessional and I’m sorry I tipped them.

Everything was amazing! The food was delicious!! The customer service was excellent!!! It was our first time eating at Waldo’s and we got a little bit of everything. The chicken (tenders, rotisserie, and fried) were all perfectly cooked and delicious! All of the sides were really, really good! I am soo full and cant wait to drive thirty minutes to come back and eat here again!!!

Always loved Waldos, but I just recently went through the drive thru and was the only car in line. It took longer than usual (which is fine, I’ve worked in food service, I get it.) But then when they opened the window, they let me know they had to have a quick staff meeting and since it took longer than usual to get my food, the food would be on them that day. It was really nice of them and I just wanted to give a good review because of that. 🙂

With no shortage of chicken options out there this one was a nice change. Their chicken tenders are clearly hand-breaded and very tender. French fries are a little thinner than I normally like closer to a shoestring style but made from real potatoes and tasty. My only complaint was the fries were a little greasy but still very good

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a local restaurant in a LONG time. Explained to the cashier this was my first time ever eating here & he was excited to give me the run down & recommendations. Also threw in some of their world famous biscuits for me to try at no charge. Then one of the managers came up & chatted for a bit & made sure I was doing well & then circled back later & gave me a gift card to cover my next meal with them. Really impressed with the level of service & the food was also really really good. I’ll definitely be back.

It was my birthday and my friend brought me here for lunch. The service was amazing. Friendly faces coupled with great food, I couldn’t have asked for more. Because it was my birthday, they gifted my friend and I each, a delicious serving of homemade banana pudding. The manager even gave me a serving of banana pudding to take home to my husband, on the house. I mean who does that! Great food, Amazing service, friendly staff. This was my first time eating at Waldo’s but it certainly won’t be my last. Thanks Waldo’s for making my birthday lunch special, for me and my friend.

This was the first time I’ve ever been to one of these. I didn’t like the look of the thin fries on someone else’s plate, so I got potato wedges. They were great but should have gotten the Mac and cheese. Yumm. We got chicken strips, wedges, Mac and cheese, and cheddar biscuits. We even got a cup that says their name on it to keep!
Overall: They’re tastier than Zaxby’s but more expensive. Chicken was amazing, Mac n cheese was the best I’ve had in awhile, biscuits with butter was sooo good. Wedges were… wedges. Nothing special but yummy. My only complaint was that we bought the cups and there was no sugar free drinks except water. The Coke Zero was out and they don’t have sugar free anything else. I would’ve saved $3.99 and asked for a water cup if I’d have known. Yes, they ask for tip before getting your food and you order at the counter.

We went to Waldo’s tonight in the drive thru. The girl working the drive thru was so bubbly and friendly, you could tell she was smiling without even seeing her face. We asked her name and it was Olivia! We got wings and banana pudding and both were very good. We will be back!

The experience at Waldos is always amazing. The potato wedges, rotisserie chicken, and the cheddar biscuits are the best. Alexis always has a smile on her face and is the most efficient. If you need a sauce recommendation she’s got it. Love the atmosphere and decor. When we have friends in town Waldo’s is always a food stop.
