Every time I have been the drinks have been consistent which is always a plus. Been obsessed with the Voodoo Energy, and their coffee is just as good. Service is always friendly yet speedy. Sad there aren’t more PJ Locations in KC!

I come here every time I come back to my hometown Platte City. The location used to be a bank liberty, and is now a super cozy vibe inside. All of their drinks and treats are delicious, and unique! I had a particularly outstanding experience today, my dad took me right before they closed for the day through the drive thru. He doesn’t know anything about coffee, and the lovely lady at the window let us order at the window so I could talk to her instead. She talked me through what I wanted to order, and even offered to make it differently or make something else for me if I don’t like it! I 10/10 recommend stopping here!

Good coffee and really good beignets for Kansas City. The machine broke and we had to wait a bit, but they gave us some beignets to make up for it, really delicious.

Picked up latter at this nice little cafe on my way home after the orchard. Decent place for a get together or gang out. Definitely nicer ambient than the commercialized coffee joint xxxxbucks. I drink lots of coffee for years so I appreciate good coffee. The latte with hint of raspberry flavor was good but I wish my coffee is slightly stronger. That’s the reason I gave 3 ⭐️. I would give another extra half a star if there’s such option.

i love this place and will always come and get beignets and a red bull drink if i can. unfortunately, in my opinion, this place is a tad over priced. as is most everything these days though. the inside of the building is so cozy and great to do any work!

The coffee was good, not amazing. Breakfast was very good, definitely a plus. I was pleased to see they still sell whole bean by the pound (instead of 10-12oz), but disappointed to not see a roast date on any of it.

Stumbled upon this great small business when stopping for gas off I-29 South in Platte City. Very inviting atmosphere with plenty of space for seating and a separate room for meeting, etc.
Had a hot 20oz latte and it was definitely hot and tasty. The employees were friendly, professional and prices which beat the major chains. Will revisit on my next Omaha trip.

Cozy place to have a hot drink while you use the internet. I had the strawberry matcha and it was unbelievably good! Great vibe with lots of couches to relax on.

Just took my kids up there to get a pastry this morning as a treat before school and ordered 2 apple fritters to try. The tag in glass said they were $2.80 and rang up $4. I asked why they rang up $4 and he says because they are $4. I explained that the tag hanging by them said $2.80 and he’s like well I know our prices have gone up so.. Okay you should probably change what it shows to customers and then sure enough their menus say it’s $3. Neither consistent in price and neither being $4.00. I will not be back. He was rude about it and offered no resolution or money back when its their mistake that the price charged didn’t match what’s advertised. It wouldn’t be a big deal if he was nice about it and not everyone has extra funds to pay for over charging ya know. We won’t be back which sucks because we love their delicious chocolate muffins. And ironic thing is I didn’t choose to get 2 chocolate muffins for my kids this morning because they were a $1 more than the apple cinnamon fritters so I went with those to save $2 lol
