I’ve had it with this place, they rarely get an order correct, today the order was short, mashed and gravy, went back they said was not ordered, I showed them on there own receipt it was ordered. They carelessly packed it into my already full bag, I get home and the lids are off and everything soaked in gravy, they can’t count, read and are careless, who wants to get home and find out piece count is short.

It would be higher, but it definitely depends on what team is working. I’m both a customer and pick up for DoorDash. Certain employees will absolutely wait to do a DD order until everyone else’s is done, even though the DD order was placed well before. My guess is it’s the decision of the MOD that decides the DD order isn’t as important, mostly based on team members attitudes based on the MOD. They seem to forget it’s not for the driver, it’s for another customer. I usually wait to go until the later afternoon for better service, even for myself. It also tends to be cleaner and they’re more accurate. Like any other KFC, too late and certain things aren’t available, which, having been a manager at another location, is expected and understandable. Waiting over 20 minutes while every order placed after yours is completed is not.

Friendly service, I generally like this location but tonight my original recipe 8 pc bucket was overcooked. It changed the flavor & texture not in a good way. Which is tough cuz its not like I shared it with a family & it’s one meal. I got it to eat through out the week so it will be one bad meal after another for the week.

KFC is my favorite chicken, what can I say! I usually go to the KFC in Apache Jct. AZ who have always been pleasant and cheerful each time I’ve gone in to place my orders and the dining area and facility has always been clean and well kept.

Why be open until 10pm if at 920 you have NO food and a clerk that is rude about it. Maybe close earlier then if you dont want to serve food until closing.

Good looking store but corporate HAS TO fix the AC in there. It was about 85 degrees in the lobby, who knows what in the kitchen. It’s so incredibly wrong to have your employees in that kind of heat.

I ordered online a 2 Pc dark meal, only to get home to a breast & leg. I order dark meat for a reason so was so disappointed to find out I was given a breast instead of a thigh. Unable to submit complaint on app so leaving this review.

We had current coupon from KFC and Mgr would not take it at Signsl Butte & Baseline. We tried to get him to explain why not and he got mad and told us to take it to another KFC and just leave so we did. Happened to go by another KFC on Apache Tril & Idaho the next day and they took coupon happily with no questions even asked. Everyone there was very pleasant. Will never go back back to Signal Butte location, although cashier tried to be nice. Manager was just flat out of line like he was on drugs.
