Worst Subway Experience Ever!

Visited this Subway on 03/13 around 9:00 PM for dinner, and the service was terrible. Assistant Manager John was extremely rude from the start, rushing me through my order and even shouting when I asked about the available bread options—claiming I should already know them!

When I requested extra mayo, he aggressively tore open my sub, drenched it in mayo, and tossed it aside carelessly. The final sandwich was poorly packed and looked unappetizing (see pictures).

John’s customer service was absolutely disgraceful—a terrible reflection on Subway!

Grey was extremely helpful and took over from the other employee who had a bad attitude. The first guy started making a full sandwich with cheese before I even confirmed my order. When I told him I only wanted a 6-inch, his attitude got even worse. It’s his job to ask, not assume. Thankfully, Grey immediately stepped in and handled everything professionally

I always come to this location and I love it! The atmosphere is always peaceful, the food is always fresh, and the customer service is exactly what I expect everytime I visit here….amazing! Today, I said I would do a review because the 2 gentleman that were working were patient, extremely nice, and communicated with us while fixing our food. Having great customer service is a biggie for me because, if your attitude is nasty, more than likely the food is worse. Thank you to the 2 guys for being great & showing greatness! Mimi.

I’m extremely disappointed in Subway. My husband purchased us subs on 8/12/22. I was enjoying my sub and happy because the person that prepared it didn’t drown my sub in Mayo and mustard however when I got towards the end of the subs I bit a piece of glass that was inside my sandwich. I’m extremely disappointed because this is not a mistake that should happen. I’m glad that I even notice the glass because what would of happened if I swallowed the glass. I understand mistakes happen and unfortunate situations happen but management or whoever in charge should be able to create solutions so this does not happen to someone else. If I would of choked or cut my throat this would of been a lawsuit. Subway must do better

I received coupons from subway in the mail and they did not take them.

I do not come to subway to eat often but this time the coupons made it appealing for us to come and use them. So we started to order the subs and when it was time to pay they told us they do not take coupons of any kind. I was very upsetting but I just paid and left (I did not want to make a 17 year old kid pass a hard time, she was stressed out because it was getting busy).

The one star ⭐ rating is because they do not support what they advertise. I think I should make a bigger deal about it because that is false advertising!

The coupon expires 4/14.

The food is always pretty good. However, I came in today on a Sunday and there was ONLY 1 employee in the store doing it all by herself around 1 PM. That’s not cool. Why should she be here all by herself. I gotta hand it to her, she handled herself as best as she could and was doing a great job, but that’s not fair that she’s doing it alone. Do better Subway.
