This was my first time here and I really enjoyed it. The dining room wasn’t noisy like so many other places I’ve been to and the staff was very friendly. We were seated right away, greeted quickly, and our food came out super fast. I got the hash stack and it was fantastic. A lot of places like this will consistently have the same menu items, but they definitely have some unique items here. I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast and will be going back for more.

We came in with our boys and we had an amazing experience!!
The waitress was training but doing an amazing job at caring for our needs with teaching. She took her time to allow my toddlers to order their food and was understanding when my smallest needed a little more time with his words.
The food was delicious and we cleaned our plates of any leftovers. We ordered an iced coffee off the menu and I loved it.

This is a super clean, modern Diner Cafe that serves a wonderful Sunday brunch. Another brunch place on Stacy Road was busy so this was another place that was recommended to us from a family member. We stopped by and two of us had the eggs benedict and I had the country breakfast. Everything was cooked beautifully and presented wonderfully. The hash browns had the nice crispy brown fried surface but soft potatoes underneath, the Country Biscuit was buttery and crusty with a wonderful country gravy over the top, and my eggs were cooked perfectly to order. I enjoyed a coffee that gave me a pick me up and my family members enjoyed iced tea. Everything looks very clean and the service was fast. The patio looks like a great place to have an outside breakfast lunch or even dinner but I don’t think they’re open for dinner. I wouldn’t mind coming back (and have twice since), it was yummy.

Marilyn (who we found out was just on her first week there) was amazing! She made the stop worthwhile. The food was great and plentiful. The coffee was wonderful.

I have tried every Skillet on the Menu. The Greek, and Carnitas are by far the best in my book! I was surprised by how good their hydeout burger tasted. This truly is a place where you can try something new each visit and have a low chance of being disappointed. Servers are usually fast and friendly. I have also bought their hot sauce for myself and as gifts.

Hydeout Cafe is beautiful in atmosphere and hospitality. My first day i had a BLT and coffee, everything came out freshly cooked and flavorful. Best bacon ive had in a while. I stopped by on my last day to have another coffee, fantastic roast. The atmosphere is so homely, the servers can be seen having smiles on their faces, and you can chit chat with anyone if in the mood for company. i truly felt welcomed. Thank you.

The food was really good just smaller portions depending on what you order.
I order a lumberjack breakfast which was good solid choice but if you’re very hungry I would opt for something else.
Also tried the chicken fried steak was that was a much bigger portion and was very good along with the gravy.
Also have amazing coffee that is Italian I believe.
The staff was amazing and the place was clean and very open. I would highly recommend this place.

This place hits the spot for Brunch. Came on a Saturday morning. While they were busy the service was still exceptional and the food was amazing. Chicken fried steak with perfect over easy eggs and the Trucker Skillet minus the mushrooms. Loved their hot sauce so much I had to buy a bottle! We ate there again… I added photos from that meal. So delicious. We are hooked.

We strolled into Hydeout Cafe to fuel up before recording a podcast at nearby 1845 Distillery—and what a hidden gem!
My wife ordered the Bacado Benedict, a bacon and avocado masterpiece topped with rich, creamy hollandaise. She said the eggs were poached perfectly, and the English muffin stayed toasty under all that gooey goodness—each bite perfectly balanced.
I went full Texan with the breakfast burrito—loaded with bacon, cheese, and fresh vegetables all wrapped in a warm flour tortilla. Their house hot sauce added a smoky, tangy kick that brought it all together.
Yuisa, our waitress, was super knowledgeable—walking us through the menu and pointing out what was made in-house. That attention to detail really stood out. The coffee? Hot, fresh, and the perfect eye-opener to start the day.
A great place like this is a rare find when you’re traveling the countryside telling the American whiskey story. We’ll definitely be back.

Our experience here was fine. The food was tasty, and delivered pretty fast, but the wait to be seated on a Sunday morning was insane. We were a group of six and they kept jumping people from our turn just because they had a smaller group. I think they should organize the seating better. Our wait time said 20 and we waited almost 45 min. The prices were pretty good. The skillet is $10. Breakfast burrito almost $9. It was pretty tasty. We’ll be back, but when less busy.
