Beware, the cashier purposely gave me the wrong change thinking I wouldn’t notice, when the POS system tells you exactly how much to give back. He also did not provide a receipt, to confirm the amount he charged initially. I just came in to get a quick sandwich, not be robbed of my change.

Why don’t you apologize by making doing something NOBODY does, which is offer a discount for a future purchase and promising that future purchase is to my standards? I always get exactly what I came for. My only complaint is that the female employees don’t put enough meat on the sandwich even when you ask for extra and pay for it but they rarely ever make the sandwiches to begin with so all is good

This Jersey Mikes is usually the one we go to and it’s usually good. Sadly the last few times it wasn’t that great. I understand we’re human and we make mistakes but this is too much. Today we bought 2 #42 giant and found three strands of hair in one of the ‘giant’ sandwiches. We have yet to see if there will be any hair in the next ‘giant’ sandwich.

There is a place in my heart for a good sandwich and Jersey Mike’s fills the void when I am on the road. The sandwiches are consistent and delicious with all the right balance of vinegar and other flavors to elevate even the most basic sandwich.

I was just in Jersey Mike’s on Jericho. I wish I had gotten the guy’s name, but I didn’t. I just want to say he was the most polite guy I ever met. I walk with a cane and he put my sandwich in a shopping bag and came and opened up the door for me. He’s the best wish I had gotten his name.
