I ordered a party platter for my daughter’s birthday party, spent over $100 on this order.
I ordered it a day in advance and scheduled it for pick up on November 1st at 1 PM. I picked it up at 1pm on the first as planned. I took it home, put it in the fridge. I took it out at 4 PM to serve, and all of the lettuce in the sandwiches was brown and gross. I had to disassemble all of the sandwiches and remove the lettuce. I filed a complaint the same day, and received a response from corporate saying that they would forward my complaint to the local branch for follow up. Two weeks later I still have not heard anything, so I emailed corporate again and they were apologetic and said that my issue had been forwarded to the local Flagstaff Firehouse management team. Waited another 2 weeks and heard nothing. I called the local firehouse subs today in the attempt to speak to a manager and was disconnected twice and unable to leave a message. Not impressed with the quality of the food or the customer service of Firehouse Subs. I will not be a repeat customer.

We love the subs here! However, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. We arrived at 11:30a today and no guests were in the restaurant, but the bathrooms were disgusting, and the drink counter trash was full and the counter filthy. Employees could be heard laughing in the back. Their time would have been better spent cleaning.

WE ORDERED 10 SANDWICHES ONLINE AND THEY DIDN’T MARK OR LABEL ANY OF THEM!! I tried to call them but once I got through the automated part and got a real person, they weren’t even at the store. When they transferred me to the store, no one answered!! WHAT A FIASCO! NOT GOING TO DO THAT AGAIN! NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE FOOD IS!

My experience there was great! The two guys working there (Kurt and Richie) were busy but still made me feel welcomed. They were also able to give me my food in a timely fashion. Great food and great service!

Walked into a clean restaurant. The employee was friendly. My order was made pretty quick. Over all a great experience!
The sub looked amazing! 10 out of 10. The flavor was ok. I give it a 5 out of 10.
I will be going back and trying a different sub for sure!

This Firehouse Subs location is a mess. There were about six employees in the back drinking sodas, laughing, and being loud instead of working. Meanwhile, the restaurant was dirty—chips all over the floor, sticky soda machine, trash cans overflowing, dirty tables, and no iced tea made.
The worst part is that only one worker, a Latina woman, was actually doing her job—running the register AND making sandwiches by herself. Everyone else was just standing around ignoring customers and the condition of the place.
Totally unprofessional and disappointing. Management needs to step in because this is unacceptable.
