This is a complete joke….the lady at the window with attitude of course…I mean she may be tired who knows but we all have job to do! She takes our order through the drive thru then tells us to pull around we get up pay at window get drinks then she says pull around to the mobile order line which is another line im stating we had to get in! These vehicles are sitting with mobile orders waiting 10 to 15 min for food then next car sits about almost 20 min while we have already been through the line once and now line 2 waiting for our now cold food and enjoy are watered down sodas! ♀️Omg!

If you’re talking about fast food crash right here at this location; I personally rated the number one Checkers in Florida, no mistakes in any order now or before; the staff (employees) are amazing, super clean, Great on their tasks; Day and Night. This is the location that other restaurants should use as an example . 100⭐️’s for this Checkers( But give the props to the young lady and the young guy working at 4pm(they are the best team no cap)) good luck on y’all careers. This is What Fast Food means people.

This is my favorite location to stop at, because the service is amazing. That being said, I absolutely loooove the “2-man” crew that was there that evening!! I pulled in the drivethru, was greated, so I let him know I wasn’t quite ready to order yet. He said “No problem. Just say Checkers when you’re ready.” I figured out what I wanted, so I played along and said “Checkerrrrs” like I was in the opera . Anyway, the food was soooo hot and fresh (as per usual)!!! Thank y’all and keep up the amazing work!!

Decided to pop over to this Checkers late at night for a quick bite, and it absolutely delivered. The place has such a cool vibe, with some seriously sick retro art that really catches your eye. It was genuinely refreshing to have a friendly, real person take my order at the window. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted amazing-exactly what I was hoping for. I have absolutely no complaints and will definitely be back!

Walk up and stood at the window and stood there for 10 minutes. Finally get my order taken. Just a simple meal.30 minutes to get my food. And still managed to forget the sauces after being reminded 2 times. Trainee was nice and apologetic. Every trip here is a reminder why I shouldn’t go back pic below of a #9 1/2 pound.

The food is always fresh and delicious! We can’t get past the #2.. The Best burger w/all the toppings including bacon but just a small amount of BBQ sauce..no…not the heavy…it’s all you taste sauce

I’ve always been a fan of checkers, but getting a new one here in Auburndale has been awesome! The new restaurant is nice and clean, it’s never too busy, the food is fast and fresh and the staff is super friendly! I usually have a lot to say about these places, but if you’ve ever been to Checkers, you already know what to expect… well this location exceeds those expectations! If you enjoy fresh quality fast food at prices that are better than McDonald’s, definitely check this out!

Paper on the burger. This place has disgusting food most nights. Shame its the only place open. /Edit the manager reached out and is looking into the issue and is replacing the meal. I hope this means things will get better. If they do I’ll remove this review.

I just went there just now and ordered a burger, a chili dog, and mozarella sticks. The burger was overloaded with lettuce, the mozarella sticks were cold, and the chili dog couldn’t even be eaten, it had too much cheese.
